Claims (11)

  1. 정제 성분들을 혼합하여 원하는 크기의 정제로 타정함을 특징으로하여 중합체 및 지방산중에서 선택된 산 불용성이며 염기 가용성인 약학적으로 허용되는 성분, 약학적으로 허용되는 유기산(여기에서, 상기 성분과 유기산은 각각 총 조성물중 약 1내지 25중량 퍼센트의 양으로 존재한다) 및 적어도 하나의 약학적으로 허용되는 부형제를 혼합하여 치료 약제의 일차 방출량을 유리 시킨후 거의 일정한속도로 약제를 유리시키는, 불용성매트릭스중의 산가용성 치료약제로 이루어지는 정제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 치료 약제를 하나 또는 그 이상의 부형제, 산 불용성이며 염기 가용성인 약학적으로 허용되는 성분 및 임의로는 제인과 혼합하여 과립화하고 분쇄하여 제1혼합물을 형성시키고, 약학적으로 허용되는 유기산을 하나 또는 그 이상의 부형제 및 임의로는 제인과 혼합하여 과립화하고 분쇄하여 제2혼합물을 형성시켜, 생성된 제1 및 제2의 혼합물을 임의로 활탁제를 첨가하여 혼합해서 원하는 크기의 정제로 타정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 성분이 중합성 산 프탈레이트이며, 산은 모노-또는 폴리-카복실산인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 성분은 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로즈 프탈레이트이며, 산은 시트르산인 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 총조성물 중량을 기준으로하여 상기 성분은 3내지 15중량퍼센트의 양으로 존재하고, 산은 약 7내지 20중량퍼센트의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 치료 약제가 트리마조신인 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 치료 약제가 데오필린인 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 부형제가 에틸셀룰로즈, 경화식물유 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 정제가 트리마조신 약 40내지 60중량 퍼센트, 에틸셀룰로즈 약 4내지 5중량 퍼센트, 시트르산 약 12내지 15중량퍼센트 및 하이드록시 프로필메틸 셀룰로즈 프탈레이트 약 3 내지 7중량 퍼센트로 이루어지는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 정제가 또한 제인 약 7내지 8중량 퍼센트를 함유하는 방법.
