제4도는 본 발명에 의한 오물입자 분리장치를 이용한 냉각 설비의 블록 다이아 그램.
Claims (5)
- 원통형 하우징 내부에 환상형 방이 형성되도록 설치된 선별드럼과 나선형으로 유입된 냉각수를 축방향으로 공급하기 위해 원통형 하우징에 접선방향으로 고정된 냉각수 방출구 및 드럼내부에 연결되고 밸브를 갖추고 있는 오물입자 방출구로 구성되며, 발전소 등지에서 사용되는 냉각수의 오물입자 분리장치에 있어서, 혼상형방(3)의 유출구앞에 배플(10)이 설치되어 있으며, 배플의 한쪽끝이 드럼(2)의 외표면에 부착되어 드럼(2)둘레의 일부를 가리고 냉각수가 흐르는 방향으로 드럼(2)과의 간격이 점점 멀어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수의 오물입자 분리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배플(10)이 드러(2)둘레의 1/3 또는 2/3에 걸쳐 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수의 오물입자분리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배플(10)이 드럼(2)둘레의 반 정도에 걸쳐 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수의 오물입자 분리장치.
- 제1항에서 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배플(10)과 드럼(2)의 외표면이 이루는 각 α와 냉각수가 드럼(2)의 내표면에 접근하는 각 β가 거의 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수의 오물입자 분리장치.
- 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원통형 하우징(1)내부에 드럼(2)이 편심을 가지고 설치되어 배플(10)의 자유단(12)와 드럼(2)의 외표면과의 거리를 최소화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수의 오물입자 분리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
