Claims (7)

  1. 황화수소 응력균열과, 염소 응력부식균열과, 요철부식과, 일반적 부식에 대해 높은 정도의 저항을 가지고 있음을 특징으로 하며, 또한 약 15,000psi 이상의 높은 항복 강도와, 양호한 잔류 연성과, 기정 노화에 대한 저항과, 양호한 열간가공성을 가지며, 유해한 양의 2차상의 존재를 회피하면서도 약 20-30%의 크롬과, 크롬과 몰리브덴의 합계량은 약 29-40%이며 크롬의 함량에서 몰리브덴 함량의 2배를 뺀 값은 약 2-12%가 되도록 하는 8-12%의 몰리브덴과, 크롬과 몰리브덴과의 철의 합계량이 46%를 초과하지 않도록 하는 약 5-15%의 철과, 알루미늄으로부터 티타늄에 이르는 군으로부터의 약 0.05-0.5%의 적어도 하나의 원소와, 약 0.06%까지의 탄소와, 0-0.5%까지의 콜롬비움과, 약 0.5%까지의 실리콘과, 0.2%까지의 망간과, 나머지 양의 니켈로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 냉간가공성을 갖는 고용체의 니켈-크롬-몰리브덴 합금.
  2. 산성가스 기정 조건하에서 사용되기 위하여 제1항의 합금으로부터 제조된 신규 제조품인 튜우빙(tubing).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 23-27%의 크롬과 8-12%의 몰리브덴을 함유하는 합금.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소의 함량이 약 0.03%를 초과하지 않는 합금.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬과 몰리브덴의 합계량이 31-38%인 합금.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 깊이가 최소한 15,000피이트이며 기정의 저면온도는 약 300℃이상이고 압력이 약 10,000psi 이상인 깊은 산성가스 기정과 접촉하여, H2S,CO2,CH4및 염수를 함유하는 부식성 주위조건과 접촉하는 튜우빙.
  7. 15-30%의 크롬과, 크롬과 몰리브덴의 합계량이 약 29-40%로 되도록 하는 7-15%의 몰리브덴과, 20%까지의 철과, 0.1%까지의 탄소와, 각각 1%까지의 알루미늄, 티타늄, 실리콘과, 0.3%까지의 망간과 약 0.1%까지의 붕소와, 0.1%까지의 미쉬메탈과, 25%까지의 코발트와, 나머지 양의 니켈로 구성되는 고강도 부식저항성 니켈-크롬-몰리브덴 합금.
