Claims (10)
- 흑연구조 요소의 탄소부분과 적어도 한 세라믹 성분의 부분으로 된 혼합재질로 이루어진, 전기로강제조를 위한 조합전극의 금속축에 형성되는 항온 재질의 호코팅.
- 제1항에 있어서 무게로 20-80%의 탄소부분과 무게로 20-80%의 세라믹 부분을 함유한 보호코팅.
- 제2항에 있어서 탄소부분이 무게로 35-60%, 세라믹 성분이 무게로 40-65%이며 결합제 및 함칠제가 무게로 0-15%인 보호코팅.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 천연과 혹은 인조흑연으로 구성된 흑연구조요소와 무연탄, 부산코우크스, 타르, 필치코우크스 및 또는 석유코우크스인 비흑연부분으로 구성된, 탄소부분을 무게로 25-90%함유한 보호코팅.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 전체 탄소부분이 흑연으로 되어 있는 보호코팅.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합재질을 균일 혹은 비균일로써 입자, 섬유 혹은 층으로 배합한 보호코팅.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제6항에 있어서 혼합재질이 결국은 결합제와 물을 부가하여 기초성분을 혼합하고, 여기서 탄소분자는 주방향으로 배향되며 주형하고, 구음으로써 제제되는 보호코팅.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 세라믹 성분은 내화점토, 점토, 고령토, 이산화규소, 규선석, Al2O3, MgO, 소결백운석, 산화마그크롬광석, 고토감람석, 탄화규소, 질화규소, 산화지르콘, 지르콘광물질, 산화티타늄, 규산염을 함유한 알루미늄 티타네이트, 스필넬 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되거나, 규조토, 팽창내화점토, 팽창점토, 팽창질석(expanded vermiculite), 팽창퍼얼라이트(expanded perlite), 구면강옥(spherical corundum) 규조토 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 다공성 재질을 함유한 보호코팅.
- 제8항에 있어서 세라믹 성분이 산화붕소나 높은 내화성 희토류의 화합물을 함유한 보호코팅.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제6항 및 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 혼합재질이 아크로에서 고정전극의 금속축주위에 배열된 링, 링절환 또는 튜브로 형상화되는 보호코팅.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
