Claims (5)
- 장착공간을 수용하는 외부골조와; 상기 외부골조의 상기 장착공간내에 축방향으로 뻗어있고 그 전단무 및 후단무를 갖고 있는 스핀들과; 상기 스핀들의 축주위로 스핀들이 회전할 수 있도록 상기 장착공간내에서 상기 스핀들을 지지하기 위한 베어링 수단과; 상기 장착공간에 내설되어 있으며, 상기 스핀들에 회전가능하게 고정되어 있는 회전자체와, 상기 외부 골조의 일각에 형성되어 있는 공기구를 통하여 외기와 연결되어 있고 상기 고정자체와 상기 외부골조사이에 형성되어 있는 환상(環狀) 공극과 더불어 상기 회전자체주위에 배설되어 있는 고정자체와를 포함하고 있는, 상기 스핀들을 위한 구동모우터와; 상기 장착공간에 있는 상기 환상공극과 유체적으로 연통되어 있는 일단과 상기 외부골조의 외부에 유체적으로 연통되어 있는 타단을 가진 적어도 하나의 축방향통공을 획정하는, 상기 장착공간내에 상기 고정자체를 보지하기 위한 수단과; 상기 환상공극과 상기 축방향 통공을 통과하여 상기 외부골조의 외부에 배출되는 냉각공기류를 형성하기 위한 수단과;로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계에 조립되기에 알맞은 스핀들 헤드유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부골조의 상기 공기구는 상기 외부골조의 후단부에 형성되어 있고 그에 의해 외기로 부터 상기 환상공극내에 공기를 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들헤드 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보지수단의 통공은 상기 외부골조의 단벽에 형성되어 있는 해당 수(數)의 구멍과 대략정합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들헤드 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정자체는 상기 보지수단에 의해 캔틸레버식으로 보지되어, 상기 스핀들의 상기 전방부로 부터 열적으로 절연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들헤드 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각공기류를 형성하기 위한 상기 수단은 상기 외부골조의 후단에 부착되어 있고 상기 보지수단의 상기 통공들에 공통으로 연결되어 있는 공기 통로를 내포하는 덕트와 상기 덕트의 상기 공기 통로로 부터 상기 외부골조의 상기 외부에 공기를 배출하기 위해 조작할 수 있는 팬으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들헤드 유니트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
