Claims (7)
- 다음 구조식(IV)의 4-[[2-(1-디틸-2,5-디옥살라닐)-4-부티르아미도페녹시]-1,3,2-메틸디옥사티올린-2-옥사이드를 이소프로필아민과 반응시키고, 얻어진 1-이소프로필아미노-3-[2-(1-메틸-2,5-디옥살라닐)-4-부티르아미도페녹시]-2-프로파놀을 무기산으로 처리하고, 필요하면 얻어진 염산염을 그 유리염기로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음구조식(I)의 1-이소프로필아미노-3-(2-아세틸-4-부티르아미도페녹시)-2-프로파놀 또는 그 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 반응을 유기용매중에서 행하는 방법.
- 제2항에서 유기용매가 아세토 니트릴인 방법.
- 제3항에서 4-[[2-(1-메틸-2,5-디옥살라닐)-4-부티르아미도 페녹시]-1,3,2-메틸디옥사티올린-2-옥사이드를 아세톤중에서 이소프로필아민과 함께 약 20시간 환류시키는 방법.
- 제1-4항에서 무기산으로 염산을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1-6항에서 1-이소프로필아미노-3-[2-(1-메틸-2,5-디옥살라닐)-4-부티르아미도페녹시]-2-프로파놀을 아세톤중에서 무기산으로 처리하는 방법.
- 다음구조식(V)의 3-[2-(1-메틸-2,5-디옥사닐릴)-4-부티르아미도페녹시]-1,2-프로판디올을 티오닐클로라이드와 반응시켜서 다음구조식(IV)의 4-[[2-(1-메틸-2,5-디옥살릴로)-4-부티르아미도페녹시]메틸-1,3,2-디옥사티올탄-2-옥사이드를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
