Claims (22)

  1. 탄화수소 유분을 부분적으로 탈랍하기에 충분한 조건하에서 비점이204°-566℃인 밀랍 탄화수소 유분을 탈랍촉매와 접촉시킨후, 얻어진 반응 생성물을 수소와 접촉시킨 다음, ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-23 및 ZSM-35로부터 선정된 하나이상의 제오라이트와 수소화 성분으로 구성된 촉매를 수소처리하는 것으로 구성되고 점도지수가 높은 윤활유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응생성물은 온도 218°-316℃, 수소분압 1136-10,443kPa(150-1500psig), LHSV 0.1-4.0 및 반응생성물 890Nl/l(배러당 수소 500-5000scf)에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 수소화 성분이 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 니켈, 코발트, 백금, 팔라듐 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 니켈, 코발트, 백금, 팔라듐 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선정된 하나이상의 금속성분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 수소화성분이 원소로서, 또는 산화물 또는 황화물로서 코발트 또는 니켈과 몰리브덴을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 수소처리 촉매가 제오라이트, 수소화 성분 및 다공성 매트릭스를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 다공성 매트릭스가 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 촉매가 별도의 입자로서 혼합된 제오라이트와 수소화 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제오라이트가 ZSM-5인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제로아리트가 ZSM-11인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제오라이트가 ZSM-23인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제오라이트가 ZSM-35인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 밀랍 탄화수소 유분의 비점이 316°-566℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 12항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 수소처리 촉매중 원소로서, 산화물 또는 황화물 형태로서의 금속함량이 0.05-25중량%이고, 제오라이트 함량은 5-40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-23 및 ZSM-35로부터 선정된 하나 이상의 제오라이트와 다공성 매트릭스 위에 형성된 수소화 금속 성분으로 구성된 수소처리 촉매 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 제오라이트가 ZSM-5인 촉매.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 제오라이트가 ZSM-11인 촉매.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 제오라이트가 ZSM-23인 촉매.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 제오라이트가 ZSM-35인 촉매.
  19. 제14항 내지 18항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 다공성 매트릭스가 알루미나인 촉매.
  20. 제14항 내지 19항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 수소화 금속이 원소형태, 황화물 또는 산화물 형태로서 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 니켈, 코발트, 백금 및 팔라듐으로부터 선정된 하나이상의 금속인 촉매.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 수소화 성분이 원소, 황화물 또는 산화물형태로서 몰리브덴과 코발트 또는 니켈인 촉매.
  22. 제14항 내지 21항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 원소, 산화물 또는 황화물 형태로서 금속함량은 0.05-25 중량%이고, 수소처리 촉매중 제오라리트 함량은 5-40중량%인 촉매 조성물.
