Claims (7)
- 절연도료를 도체상에 직접 또는 다른 절연물을 개재하여 도포, 열처리해서 얻어지는 절연전선에 있어서 적어도 한개의 분자의 말단이 탄소수 21이상의 직쇄알킬기인 폴리아미드 수지를 주성분으로 하는 도료를 적어도 최외층에 도포, 열처리해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지에 점하는 직쇄알킬기의 비율이 0.3~3.5중량%인 절연전선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지에 점하는 직쇄알킬기의 비율이 0.3~2.5중량%인 절연전선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지가 6.6-나일론인 절연전선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지가 6-나일론인 절연전선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지가 12-나일론의 유니트를 함유하는 공중합나일론인 절연전선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 분자의 말단이 탄소수 27이상의 직쇄알킬기인 폴리아미드수지를 주성분으로 하는 도료는 폴리아미드수지와 탄소수 27이상의 직쇄알킬기를 가지는 카르본산과를 페노올계 용매중에서 가열반응시켜서 얻어지는 중합체 용액인 절연전선.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
