제 1 도는 염화나트륨 염수로부터 염소를 제조하는데 적용되는 대표적인 조건에서 예시된 고체 중합체 전해질 전극의 측단면도.
Claims (16)
- (가) 퍼플루오로 공중합체를 용해용분 산매체중에 분산시키고,(나) 분산물을 침착시키고 성형하여 고체 중합체 전해질로 만들고(다) 분산매체중의 최소한 일부를 제거하므로서 퍼플루오로 카본 공중합체로된 고체 중합체 전해질 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제 1항에 있어서(가) 공중합체 물질과 분산매체를 혼합하고(나) 혼합물을 약 50℃-250℃ 사이의 온도까지 가열하고,(다) 소요량의 공중합체가 용해할 때까지 이 온도를 유지하는 단계로된 분산과정과 혼합물을 냉각시켜 젤라틴 모양의 분산물을 만드는 과정으로 된 방법.
- 청구범위 제 1 항에 있어서(가) 공중합체물질과 분산매체를 혼합하고,(나) 혼합물을 50℃-250℃ 사이의 온도까지 가열하고(다) 소요량의 공중합체가 용해 할 때까지 이 온도를 유지하는 단계로 된 분산과정과(1) 분산물을 소요의 형상으로 만들고(2) 냉각시켜 젤라틴 모양의 분산물을 만들고 젤라틴 모양의 분산물로부터 분산 매체가 일부 방출될 때까지 냉각을 계속하고,(3) 분산매체방출에 의해 분리되는 분산 매체의 액적에 분산물속에서 결정화 할때까지 분산물의 냉각을 계속하며(4) 성형된 분산물을 가수분해하는 단계로된 분산물 침착 및 성형단계와 결정화 된 액적을 잔존시켜 성형된 다공질의 퍼플루오로카본 공중합체로 된 중합체 전해질을 만드는 단계를 포함하는 공정 및 결정화된 액적의 녹는점 이하의 온도에서 분산매체를 제거하는 단계로된 방법.
- 청구범위 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 3 항에 있어서 분산물중에 분산매체에 불용성인 최소한 한 가지의 미세한 고체를 포함시키는 추가단계를 포함시키는 방법.
- 청구범위 제 4 항에 있어서 미세한 고체를 전기촉매성물질, 전도체 및 기공형성제로 된 것으로 사용하는 방법.
- (가) 용해용 분산 매체중에 퍼플루오로카본 공중합체를 분산시키고,(나) 이 분산물과 최소한 한 가지의 전극물질을 혼합하고,(다) 혼합된 분산물을 판상의 전극형태로 침착시키며(라) 분산매체 중 최소한 일부를 제거하고(마) 전극을 퍼플루오로카본 공중합체 막에다 접촉시키는 단계로 된 복합고체중합체 전해질 전극 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제 6 항에 있어서 혼합물중에 기공형성제를 포함시키며 분산 매체를 제거한 후 기공 형성제를 제거하는 단계를 포함시킨 방법.
- 청구범위 제 6 항에 있어서(1) 분산 매체와 공중합체를 접촉시키고(2) 분산 매체와 공중합체를 약 50℃-약 250℃ 사이의 온도까지 가열하고(3) 분산 매체중에 약 1wt.%-15wt.% 정도의 용해된 공중합체를 함유할 때까지 이 온도를 유지시키는 단계를 포함하는 퍼플루오로카본 공중합체의 분산공정과,(가) 젤라틴 모양의 분산물이 생성될 때까지 분산매체와 공중합체를 냉각하고 분산물로부터 분산매체가 방출되어 분산물내부에서 분산매체의 액적을 형성하게끔 분산물을 계속해서 냉각하며(나) 분산 매체의 액적이 결정화하도록 분산물을 계속해서 냉각이고(다) 분산물을 가수분해하는 단계외에 결정화된 분산매체를 제거하여 기공을 잔류시키므로서 다공질의 고체중합체 전해질 전극을 형성하도록 하고, 결정화된 분산매체의 녹는 점 이하의 온도에서 분산 매체를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 침착과정으로 된 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제 8 항에 있어서 분산매체로서 퍼플루오로옥탄산과 퍼플루오로데칸산 중에서 한가지를 사용하는 방법.
- 청구범위 제 6 항에서 제 9 항까지중 한가지 청구범위에 있어서 두께가 1-150mil인 퍼플루오로카본 공중합체막에다 판상의 전극을 접착시키는 추가단계를 포함한 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제 6 항에서부터 제 9 항까지 중 한가지 청구범위에 있어서 8족 금속, IB족 금속, 3A족 금속, 탄소, 스테인례스강, 백금 금속 산화물, 산화 안티몬, 산화주석, 산화티탄, 산화바나듐 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 전극물질을 사용하는 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제 1 항에서 제 11 항까지 중 한가지 청구범위에 있어서 분산매체로서 할로카본기름, 퍼플루오로옥탄산, 퍼플루오로데칸산, 퍼플루오로트리부틸아민, 퍼플루오로-1-메틸데칼린, 데카플루오로비페닐, 펜타플루오로페놀, 펜타플루오로벤조산, N-부틸아세트아미드, 테트라-N-부틸아세트아미드, 테트라히드로티오펜-1,1-디옥사이드(테트라메틸렌술폰),N,N-디에틸아세트아미드, N,N-디메틸프로피온아미드, N,N-디부틸포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드 FC-70 및 N,N-디프로필아세트 아미드를 사용하는 제조방법.
- (가) 퍼플루오로카본 중합체막,(나) 이막에 부착되는 최소한 한계의 전극으로 구성된 고체중합체 전해질 전극에 있어서 다공질의 기체 투과성 퍼플루오로카본 공중합체와 전도성 또는 전기 촉매성 물질로 된 복합전극을 특징으로 하는 고체 중합체 전해질 전극.
- 청구범위 제 13 항에 있어서 전기촉매성 화합물로서는 백금족금속, 밸브금속, 밸브금속산화물, 백금족 금속의 산화물, 산화바나듐, 산화 안티몬, 산화 주석 및 이들의 혼합물로 된 비교적 미세한 물질을 이용한 전극.
- 청구범위 제13항에 있어서 전도성 물질로서 스테인레스강, 탄소, 8족금속, IB족 금속, IV족 금속, 밸브금속, 백금속 금속 산화물, 백금속 금속 및 이들의 혼합물 로 된 비교적 미세한 전도체를 이용한 전극
- 청구범위 제 1 항에서 제15항까지 중 어느 한가지 청구범위에 있어서 최소한 두가지 단량체로 부터 퍼플루오로카본 중합체를 중합함에 있어서 단량체중의 한가지를 최소한 한가지의 플루오르화된 비닐 화합물로 된 것을 사용하고 나머지 단량체를 CF2=CFX,CF2CFR1X 및 CF2=CFOR1X의 구조식을 가진 최소한 한가지의 단량체로 구성된 단량체를 사용하여서 된 전극.단 , 위의 구조식에 있어서R1은 탄소수가 2-8 개인 2관능성의 퍼플루오르화된 라디칼로서 X는 플루오르화 술포닐, 플루오르화카트보닐, 술폰산에스테르 및 카르복시산 에스테르로 구성된 기.
