Claims (3)

  1. 열간압연, 중간어닐링을 거친 냉간압연, 규격화단계 및 최종 취합조직어립링단계로 개선된 자기 특성을 갖는 배향성 규소강의 제조방법에 있어서 냉각압연후 상기 규소강의 규격화 단계전에 상기 규소강의 표면을 적어도 3.3μm 제거함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 자기특성을 갖는 배향성 규소강의 제조방법
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 산세천으로 상기 규소강의 표면을 3.3μm 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 상기 산세천이 연산수영액으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
