Claims (6)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 유리산 형태인 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(상기식에서, (ⅰ) 할로겐, 히드록시, C3-6알콕시, C3-6시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 헤테로 아릴로부터 선택한 최소한 하나의 치환분에 의하여 치환 또는 비치환된 20개 까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족, 포화 또는 불포화 하이드로카르빌기이고, 시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 헤테로 아릴은 히드록시, 할로겐과 10개 까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐로 부터 선택한 최소한 하나의 치환분에 의하여 치환 또는 비치환 된다. (ⅱ) 16개 까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐에 의하여 치환 또는 비치환된 3-8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 시클로알킬 (ⅲ) 히드록실, C1-4알콕시, 할로겐 또는 16개까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐에 의하여 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴 또는 헤테로 알릴이고;R2는 (ⅰ) 아릴, 시클로알킬, 할로겐, 히드록시, NHR3와 COX로 부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환분에 의하여 치환 또는 비치환된 10개 까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 시클로알킬, 또는 알케닐, 여기서 R3는 수소, C1-4알킬, 아릴, 아미노산 잔기 또는 COX이고 X는 OH, C1-4알킬, NH2또는 아미노산잔기이다. (ⅱ) C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, C12-5아실, 할로겐, 히드록시 카르복시, 니트로, 트리할로 메틸, 페닐, C1-4아실하미노와 NHR4로 부터 선택한 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환분에 의하여 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴이고, 여기서는 수소 또는 C1-4알킬이며; Y는 -S-, -SO- 또는 -SO2-이다. 이때 -YR2가 글루타티오닐, 시스테이닐 또는 시스테이닐글리시닐이면, R1은 12-16개의 탄소원자를 갖는 비치환 알카테트라에틸 또는 알카펜타에닐기 이와의 것이다)a) Y가 -S-인 유리산 형태의 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 화합물은 ai) 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 유리산 형태인 화합물.(여기서 R1은 상술한 바와 같다)을 불활성 용매의 존재하에 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 염화 설페닐;R2SCl (Ⅲ)(상기식에서 R2는 상술한 바와 같다)과 반응시켜서 제조하고, 생성된 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 화합물의 락튼을 단리시키거나 아니면 유리산 형태의 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 화합물을 얻기 위하여 생성된 락튼을 가수분해 한다. aⅱ) 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)으로 표시되는 유리산 형태인 화합물;(여기서 R는 상술한 바와 같다)을 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 티올;R2SH (Ⅴ)(여기서 R2는 상술한 바와 같다)과 반응시켜서 제조한다. b) Y가 -S-인 상기의 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는, 유리산 형태인 대응하는 화합물을 산화시켜서 Y가 -SO- 또는 -SO2-인 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 유리산 형태인 화합물을 제조하며; c) 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물;R1-CH2-SO2R2(Ⅵ)(여기서 R1과 R2는 상술한 바와 같다)을 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)으로 표시되는 유리산 형태의 화합물;과 반응시켜서 Y가 -SO2-인 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 유리산형태의 화합물을 제조하고, 필요하면 유리산, 락톤, 염, 또는 에스테르 형태의 생성된 화합물을 단리시켜서 제조함블 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 화합물의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 1에 있어서, R1이 청구범위 1에 언급한 (ⅰ) 또는 (ⅱ) 또는 (ⅲ)히드록실, 할로겐 또는 16개 까지의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬, 아케닐 또는 알키닐에 의하여 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴 또는 헤테로 아릴이고; R2가 (ⅰ)아릴, 할로겐, 히드록시, NHR3과 COX로 부터 선택한 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환분에 의하여 치환 또는 비치환된, 10개까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 또는 알케닐, (여기서 R3는 수소, C1-4알킬, 알릴, 아미노산 잔기 또는 COX이고, X는 OH 또는 아미노산잔기이다.) 또는 (i)C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, 할로겐, 히드록시, 카르복시와 NHR4(여기서 R4는 수소 또는 C1-4알킬)로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환분에 의하여 치환 또는 비치환 된 아릴 또는 헤테로 아릴임을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의화합물의 제조방법.
- 다음 일반식의 청구범위 1에 있어서,상기식에서 아릴, 시클로알킬, 할로겐, 히드록시, NHR3와COX로부터 선택한 하나 또는 그 이상 치환 또는 비치환된, 10개까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 알케닐이고(여기서 R3는 C1-4알킬, 아릴, 아미노산 잔기 또는 COX이고, X는 OH, C1-4알킬, NH2또는 아미노산잔기이다). R5는 3-14개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 또는 알케닐 이고, 알케닐기는 식 R7CH=CH-(여기서 R7은 C1-12알킬) 또는 페닐, 나프틸이고, R6가 수소 또는 C1-4알킬임을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식의 화합물과, 이의 락톤, 염과 에스테르형태인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 다음 일반식으로 표시되는 청구범위 1의 화합물에 있어서,상기식에서 R1이 치환 또는 비치환 페닐 또는 나프틸 또는 식 R5-CH∥CH-의 기(여기서 R5는 페닐, 벤질 또는 나프틸 이다)이고, R2가 비치환 또는 치환 페닐임을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식의 화합물과, 이의 락톤, 염과 에스테르 형태인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 다음 일반식으로 표시되는 청구범위 1의 화합물에 있어서,상기식에서 R5이 식 CH=CH- 또는 R5-CH2=CH2-의 기(여기서 R5는 페닐이다) 이고, R2가 비치환 또는 치환 C1-4알킬 또는 비치환 또는 치환 페닐임을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식의 화합물과, 이의 락톤, 염과 에스테르 형태인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)으로 표시되는, 유리산 형태인 중간 화합물상기식에서 R'1는 청구범위 1에 표시한 R1과 의미가 같으며, 이때 C12-C16의 알카테트라에닐이나 알카펜타에닐기는 제외된다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
