제1도는 본 발명의 조성물을 사용한 병모양의 인고트 주형의 종단면도이고, 제2도는 스톨의 침식을 보여주는 종래의 조성물을 사용한 하광형(저대형)주형의 종단면도임.
Claims (12)
- 주조 또는 기타의 가공 작업을 실시하게된 금속 또는 기타 재질의 주형을 코오팅하는데 사용되는 조성물로서, 미세한 내화 무기물질로된 제1성분과 이들과 관련하여 열저항성 결합관계를 유지하는 제2성분을 포함하는 조성물에 있어서, 제2성분이 포스페이트기와 크롬기를 갖고있는 최소한 하나의 물질을 포함하거나 또는 전기한 기들이 동시에 둘이 유도되거나 별도로 하나씩 유도되는 물질을 포함하고 또한 제2성분은 조성물을 주형에 처리하였을때, 열저항성 결합관계를 유지함과 동시에 표면 보호물질로서의 기능을 나타냄을 특징으로하는 주형 코오팅용 조성물.
- 주조 또는 기타 가공이 실시되는 금속 또는 기타 주형 보호 코오팅에 사용되는 미세한 내화무기물질로된 제1성분과 이들과 관련하여 열저항성성 관계를 유지하는 제2성분을 포함하는 조성물에 있어서, 제2성분이 알루미노 크로모포스페이트 또는 그와 동일한 기능의 모노알미늄오르도포스페이트를 포함함을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제1항에 의한 조성물.
- 전기한 조성물이 수성 슬러리형태로 되었고 최소한 일종의 분산제를 포함함을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제1항 및 2항에 의한 조성물.
- 미세한 내화 무기물질리 중량으로 75%미만, 특히 10-70% 포함되었음을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한항에 의한 조성물.
- 포스페이트가 1-70중량% 특히 1-30중량%포함 되었음을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 한항에 의한 조성물.
- 미세한 내화 무기물질이 실리카 분말 또는 파이로필라이트임을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한항에 의한 조성물.
- 조성물이 최소한 1종의 방부제를 포함하고 있음을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한항에 의한 조성물.
- 주조 또는 기타의 가공작업을 실시할수 있게된 금속 또는 기타 주형을 보호하는 코오팅에 사용하는 조성물을 제조함에 있어서, 미세한 내화 무기물질로된 제1성분과 포스페이트기와 크롬기를 갖거나 이들을 발생하는 물질을 최소한 1종 이상 포함하는 제2성분을 수성 슬러리화하여 배합하는 공정으로 구성된 주형 코오팅 조성물 제조방법.
- 주조 또는 그에 유사한 가공작업이 실시되는 금속 또는 기타 재질의 주형 표면을 코오팅함에 있어서 미세한 내화 무기물질로된 제1성분과 포스페이트기와 크롬기를 갖거나 이들을 발생하는 최소한 하나의 물질을 포함하는 조성물을 전기한 주형 표면에 처리하는 주형 코오팅 방법.
- 주조 또는 그와 유사한 작업이 실시되는 금속 또는 기타 재질로된 주형의 표면을 코오팅함에 있어서, 포스페이트기와 크롬기를 갖거나 이들 기를 발생하는 최소한 하나의 물질을 포함하는 제2성분을 주형의 표면에 처리하는 주형 코오팅방법.
- 주조 또는 그에 유사한 작업을 실시하는데 사용되는 주형에 있어서 그 작업 표면이 미세한 내화무기물질로된 제1성분과 포스페이트기와 크롬기를 갖거나 이들 기를 발생하는 제2성분을 포함하는 조성물로 코오팅되었거나 전기한 제2성분만으로 코오팅된 주형.
- 코오팅된 주형이 인고트 주형임을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제15항에 의한 주형.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
