Claims (1)
- 제1기판(1) 및 제2기판(2)간에 배치된 방위 지시기들을 가지며, 주로 네마틱 메조페이스 상태로 있는 액정 재료와, 상기 방위 지시기들이 상기 기판표면들에서 실제로 쌍안정 셀들을 제공하는 예정된 패턴들로 배열되도록 처리되어 있는 상기 기판의 내부표면들을 포함하는 액정 디스플레이에 있어서, 상기 각 셀들(제9도,V는 H)는 중성 분리 영역(Nt)에 의해 경계되며, 한 기판(1)내부 표면에서 경계(331-334)의 각 측면상의 방위 지시배열들 간의 각도가 실제로 45도 내지 135도 범위내의 값을 가지며, 그리고 상기 제2기판(2)의 내부 표면의 경계에서의 방위 지시 배열들내에서 실제로 불연속이 없는 것이 특징인 쌍안정 네마틱 액정 디스플레이내의 셀 분리※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
