Claims (11)
- 필라멘트당 2내지 25데니어를 갖는 65내지 99중량 %의 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)섬유와 필라멘트 당 0.1내지 1데니어를 갖는 1내지 35중량 %의 글래스섬유를 포함하는 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)과 글래스 스테이플 섬유의 인티메이트(intimate)혼합물.
- 제1항의 인티메이트 섬유혼합물의 니이들화 뱃트로 구성되는 개량된 필터 펠트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1내지 25중량 %의 글래스 섬유를 사용하는 상기 필터 펠트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1내지 10중량 %의 글래스 섬유를 사용하는 상기 필터 펠트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 뱃트가 직조 섬유의 지지 스크림으로 니이들되는 상기 필터 펠트.
- 제5항에 있어서 지지 스크림이 폴리(테트라플루오로 에틸렌) 섬유로 만들어지는 상기 필터 펠트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)섬유가 필라멘트당 5내지 10데니어를 갖는 상기 필터 펠트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 글래스 섬유가 필라멘트당 0.2내지 0.4데니어를 갖는 상기 필터 펠트.
- 픽커내에서 65내지 99중량 %의 폴리(테트라플루오로 에틸렌) 섬유와 1내지 35중량 %의 글래스 섬유를 혼합한 다음 이 섬유의 혼합물을 카딩기에서 더욱 혼합하고 필요한 경우 크로스 랩핑(Cross lapping)하여 부직포 뱃트를 형성하고 뱃트의 층을 복합하여 소망하는 두께의 중첩된 뱃트를 형성하고 뱃트를 니이들 직기로 니이들하여 펠트를 만들고 이 펠트를 텐터 기상의 230내지 325℃에서 적어도 2분동안 가열하여 열고정시킴을 특징으로 하는 필터 펠트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중첩 뱃트가 폴리(테트라플루오로 에틸렌) 섬유의 직조 스크림의 한면 또는 양면으로 니이들되는 상기 필터펠트의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 니이들 밀도가 ㎠당 200내지 400니이들 침투인 상기 필터 펠트의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
