Claims (6)

  1. 부직 섬유층과 직물의 전체 중량의 2 내지 20%의 스티칭 사를 사용하여 센티미터당 2 내지 10열(raw)의 범위로 이격된 스티치의 공간을 분리시킨 열을 함유하는 스티치접합 직물에 있어서, 섬유층이 접합된 섬유로 이루어지고, 각각의 열(raw)이내에서 스티치 간격이 1 내지 7스티치/㎝이고 직물의 비체적이 적어도 16㎤/g 이며 스티칭 방향으로서의 신장율이 10 내지 75%임을 특징으로 하는 스티치접합 직물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유층이 직물의 데시텍스가 1 내지 5이고 비체적이 20 내지 25㎤/g 이며 스티칭방향으로의 신장율이 20 내지 40%인 접합된 폴리에스테르 섬유로 이루어진 스티치접합 직물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, CLO 단열치가 0.3 내지 0.5 이고 CLO/(㎏/㎡)이 2 내지 3인 스티치접합 직물.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 스티치의 횡방향에서의 직물의 신장율이 5 내지 12%인 스티치접합 직물.
  5. 섬유상 부직층을 장력하에서 탄성사를 사용하여 다침 스티치시켜 스티치의 이격된 평행한 열을 형성시킨다음(여기서, 침 간격은 2 내지 5침/㎝이고, 스티치 간격은 1 내지 7스티치/㎝이다), 장력을 이완시켜 제1항의 스티치 접합 직물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 장력을 이완시킨 다음, 삼유층이 접합된 섬유로 이루어지고 탄성사가 스티칭 공정도중에 충분한 장력하에 10 내지 100% 신장되는 스티치접합 부직포를 수축처리하여 직물의 비체적을 적어도 16㎤/g으로 증가시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 탄성사가 스티칭 도중에 40% 미만으로 신장되고, 섬유상 웰이 1 내지 5dtex의 폴리에스테르 섬유로 구성되고, 수축처리가 50 내지 100℃의 온도에서 열처리하여 비체적치를 20 내지 25㎤/g으로 증가시키는 방법.
