Claims (4)
- 수치 제어장치로부터 지령되는 주축 회전수 지령에 의하여 주축을 회전시키는 수치 제어 공작기계의 주축 회전수 점검방식에 있어서, 주축 회전 속도의 변동이 미리 정해진 허용 속도 변동율에 의하여 정해지는 범위를 넘었을때 알람 신호를 출력함을 특징으로 하는 주축 회전수 점검 방식.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주축의 지령 회전 속도가 변경되었을때 실회전 속도의 속도 변동이 전기 허용 속도 변동율 보다 작은 제2의 변동율에 의하여 정해지는 범위내에 들어와서부터 그 속도 변동이 전기 제1의 변동율에 의하여 정해지는 범위를 넘었는지의 여부의 점검을 행함을 특징으로 하는 주축 회전수 점검방식.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주축의 지령 회전 속도가 변경된 후 미리 정해진 시간이 경과하여도 전기 제2의 변동율에 의하여 정해지는 범위내에 실회전 속도가 도달되지 않을때 전기 제1의 변동율에 의하여 정해지는 범위를 넘었는지의 여부의 점검을 행함을 특징으로 하는 주축 회전수 점검방식.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 제1의 변동율, 제2의 변동율, 주축 지령 회전 속도 변경후의 시간의 3개의 값을 수치 제어장치에 지령하는 프로그램에 의하여 설정할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 주축 회전수 점검방식.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
