Claims (9)
- 구리의 아민 착염 및 콜리이드질 실리카졸의 접촉에 의해 생성된 구리-함유 실리카겔의 환원물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 옥살레이트 디에스테르의 수소 첨가에 유용한 수소 첨가 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화 규소 : 구리의 중량비가 1 : 약 2임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 구리의 아민 착염 및 콜로이드질 실리카졸을 수성매질 존재하 접촉시키고, 생성된 구리 함유 실리카겔을 환원 처리시킴을 특징으로 하는, 옥살레이트 디에스테르의 수소 첨가에 유용한 수소 첨가 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 실온 내지 약 150℃의 온도에서 접촉을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수소 존재하 약 150 내지 500℃의 온도에서, 환원 처리를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 수소 첨가 촉매 존재하, 고온 및 기상 내에서, 옥살레이트 디에스테르를 수소 첨가시키는 것으로 구성된 에틸렌글리콜 및/또는 글리콜산 에스테르의 제법에 있어서, 촉매가 구리의 아민착염 및 콜로이드질 실리카졸의 접촉에 의해 생성된, 구리 함유 실리카겔의 환원 생성물로 구성된 촉매 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 개량방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 옥살레이트 디에스테르가 1개 이상의 옥살산의 디(C1∼C3) 알킬 에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 고온이 약 140∼300℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 옥살레이트 디에스테르에 대한 수소의 몰비가 약 4 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
