Claims (10)

  1. (a) 직쇄 공중합체와 그라프트 공중합체로 부터 선정된 산 공중합체 약 38-90중량%, (b) 구조식 R-CH=CH2(여기서, R은 수소와 탄소수 1-8인 알킬 라디칼로 부터 선정됨)를 갖는 α-올레핀의 선상 중합체 약 5-60중량%와 (c) 유리섬유, 천연 무기섬유,인조무기 섬유와 모듈러스가 높은 유기 섬유로부터 선정되는 적어도 하나의 강화섬유 약 2-50중량%로 주로 구성되고:
    (A) 상기 직쇄 공중합체가 구조식 R-CH=CH2(여기서, R은 수소와 탄소수 1-8인 알킬라디칼로 부터 선정됨)를 갖는 α-올레핀과 탄소수 3-8인 α,β-에틸렌처럼 불포화된 카르복실산의 공중합체이며, 산 모이어티는 중합체 쇄에 임의적 또는 비임의적으로 분포되고, (1) 공중합체 중 α-올레핀 함량은 α-올레핀-산 공중합체 기준으로 적어도 50몰%이며, (2) 공중합체 중 불포화 카르복실산 함량은 α-올레핀-산 공중합체 기준으로 약 0.2-25몰%이며, (3) 상기 공중합체에서 선택적으로 공중합된 기타 어떤 단량체 성분은 모노에틸렌처럼 불포화되고:
    (B) 상기 그라프트 공중합체는, 탄소수 3-8인 α,β-불포화 카르복실산 또는 불포화 카르복실산 무수물 0.1-5중량%를 에틸렌 또는 에틸렌과 C3-C8α-올레핀으로부터 유도되고 미리 제조된 폴리올레핀 골격에 그라프트 시킴으로서 제조되며, 상기 폴리올레핀 골격에서 선택적으로 공중합되는 기키 단량체 성분이 모노에틸렌 처럼 불포화되고:상기 직쇄 또는 그라프트 산 공중합체는 금속이온으로 중화함으로서 이온화된 카르복실산기 약 0-90%를 갖고, 상기 이온 공중합체는 교차결합된 중합체의 고체 성질과 교차결합되지 않은 열가소성 중합체의 용융 가공성 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 성형수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산 공중합체가 직쇄 공중합체이며 약 40-75중량%로 존재하고 그 용융지수는 약 0.1-100이며, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 아연, 알루미늄 및 스트론튬으로 부터 선정되는 금속이온으로 중화합으로서 이온화된 카르복실산기 약 5-80%를 갖고:공중합체 중 α-올레핀 함량 α-올레핀-산 공중합체 기준으로 적어도 88몰%이며:공중합체중 불포화 카르복실산 함량은 α-올레산-핀 공중합체 기준으로 약 1-12몰%이며:강화 섬유의 L/D 가로세로비가 약 10-100인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, α-올레핀의 선상 중합체가 약 10-55중량% 존재하고 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부텐-1, 폴리-4-메틸 펜텐-1과 그의 공중합체로부터 선정되며:선상 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌일 때, 약 0.935-0.970의 밀도와 약 0.2-5의 용융지수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 강화섬유가 약 5-35중량% 존재하며 L/D 가로세로비가 약 20-100인 무기 및 유리섬유로 부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, α,β-에틸렌처럼 불포화된 카르복실산이 아크릴산과 메타크릴산으로부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 산 공중합체가 약 45-55중량% 존재하며:α,β-에틸렌처럼 불포화된 카르복실산은 메타크릴산이며 약 1-4몰%로 존재하며, 상기 공중합체의 용융지수는 약 0.3-1.5이며 아연 이온으로 중화합으로써 이온화된 카르복실산기 약 15-75%를 갖고:α-올레핀은 에틸렌이며 α-올레핀-산 공중합체 기준으로 적어도 약 95몰%로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, α-올레핀의 선상 중합체는 폴리올레핀이고 약 27-43중량%로 존재하며, 그 밀도가 약 0.95-0.97이고 용융지수가 약 0.3-3인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 강화섬유는 L/D 가로세로비 약 30-100을 갖는 유리섬유이고 약 12-18중량%로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 산 공중합체가 그라프트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 산 공중합체가 그라프트 공중합체와 직쇄공중합체의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
