Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(I)의 라디티딘을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 알데히드를 적절한 용매내에서 디메틸아민과 환원제(니트로에텐기는 환원시키지 않으면서 환원성 알킬화반응을 일으켜서 디메틸아미 노메틸기를 삽입시킬 수 있는 환원제)로 처리하여 일반식(I)의 라니티닌을 제조하는 푸란유도체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 수성알카놀, 수성디옥산 또는 수성 테트라히드로푸란인 푸란 유도체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항이나 2항에 있어서, 환원제가 디보란, 수소 화알루미늄 또는 수소화붕소 알칼리토금속인 푸란유도체의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 환원제가 수소화붕소나트륨이나 수소화붕소 시아노나트륨인 푸란유동체의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 반응이 산성 존재하에서 일어나거나 또는 산으로 처리되므로써 환원제의 반응이 일어나는 푸란유도체의 제조방법.
  6. 제1-5항에 있어서, 반응이 10-100℃의 온도에서 일어나는 푸란유도체의 제조방법.
  7. 제1-6항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)알 의데히드가 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 부터 그대로 이루어
    (이식이서 R1과 R2는 둘다 알킬기이거나 또는 이세탈고리를 형성하는 R1OCHOR2기이다.)
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 과량의 디메틸아민 염산염의 존재하에서 R1OCHOR2기가 1,3-디옥솔란-2일 기인 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아세탈일 유기산이나 무기산을 이용하여 가수분해 되어서 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알데히드를 형성하는 푸란유도체의 제조방법.
  9. 제1-8항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 화합물이 산성부가염으로 변화되는 푸란유도체의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 산성부가염이 염산염인 푸란유도체의 제조방법.
