Claims (3)

  1. 하기로 구성되는, 제강용 전기로 배기가스에 의한 강스크랩의 예열방법으로서; 전기로를 사용해서, 강스크랩을 원료로 하여 강을 제조할때, 상기 전기로내에서 발생한 배기가스를, 상기 배기가스의 배출덕트의 중도에 설치한 배기가스 연소실내에 도입해서, 사익 배기가스중에 함유되는 일산화탄소를 연소시켜서, 연소배기가스를 생성하고; 그리고, 상기 연소배기가스를, 상기 배출덕트로부터 분기된 분기덕트의 중도에 설치된 적어도 1개의 스크랩 예열실내에 도입해서, 상기 스크립 예열실내에 장입된 강스크랩을 소정온도로 예열한다;상기 방법은 하기를 특징으로 한다; 상기 스크랩 예열실내에 장입된 상기 스크랩을 예열한 후의상기 연소배기가스를, 상기 배기가스 연소실내에 피이드백해서, 상기 연소배기가스중에 함유되는 상기 스크랩속에 혼입한 가연물질의 불완전연소에 의하여 생성된 불완전연소가스를 연소시킨다.
  2. 하기로 구성되는 클레임(1)에 클레임한 방법 : 상기 배기가스 연소실로부터의 상기 연소배기가스의 온도를 상기 스트랩 예열실내에 도입하기 전에, 연속적으로 측정하고; 그리고, 이와 같이 얻어진 상기 연소배기가스의 측정온도와, 그리고, 상기 스크랩 예열실내에서 예열될 상기 스크랩의 목표예열온도, 목표예열시간, 중량 및 종류별로 구성되는 제원(諸元)에 따라, 상기 스트랩 예열실내에 도입되는 상기 연소배기가스의 양을 제어하고, 이리하여, 상기 스크랩 예열실내의 상기 스크랩을 소정 온도로 예열한다.
  3. 하기로 구성되는 클레임(1) 또는 (2)에 클레임한 방법; 상기 스크랩 예열시로부터의 상기 연소배기가스의 온도를 상기 배기가스 연소실내에 피이드백하기 전에 연속적으로 측정하고; 그리고, 이와 같이 얻어진 상기 연소배기가스의 측정온도에 따라, 상기 스크랩 예열실내에 도입될 상기 연소배기가스의 양을 제어한다.
