Claims (13)
- 일반식 (1)의 카르니티니의 알콕시-아실 유도체의 에스테르.위식에서 X 는 염소와 브롬중에서 선택되 할로겐 음이온이고 ;R는 3내지 6개의 탄소원자를 가진 알콕시 - 아실기이다; 그리고R는 1내지 6개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬기이다.
- 상기 알콕시 - 아실기 R이 메톡시아세틸, 2- 와 3- 메톡시프로피오닐, 에톡시아세틸, 2-와 3- 에톡시프피오닐 및 프로폭시 아세틸로 구성된 기로부터 선택된 것이고 상기 알킬기 R´가 매틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 부틸 및 이소부틸로 구성된 기로 선택된 것인 청구범위 1에의한 에스테르.
- 광학적 활성형의 청구범위 1과 2에 의거한 카르니틴의 알콕시 - 아실유도체의 에스테르.
- 라세미형의 청구범위 1과 2에 의거한 카르니틴의 알콕시 - 아실 유도체의에스테르,
- 일반식카르니틴의 알콕시 - 아실 유도체의 에스테르의 제조방법위시거에서 X-는 염솨와 브롬중에서 선택된 할로겐 음이온이고; R는 3내지 6개의 탄소원자를 가진 알콕시 - 아실기아다 ; 그리고 R´는 다음과 같은 단계들을 포함하는 1내지 6개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬기이다.(a) 카르니틴을 R´가 앞서 상술된 뜻을 가지는 일반식 R´OX를 가진 알코올에 카르니틴을 현탁시킴으로써 에사트레르화하고, 생성 현탁액에 카르니틴의 용해가 완료될 때까지 기체염산을 버블링시키고, 생성용액을 환류시킨후 상기 용액의 농축과 중화로써 카르니틴 에스테르를 분리한다; 그리고 (b) 단계 (a)의 카르니틴 에스테르를 R이 앞서 상술한 뜻과 같은 뜻을 가지고 있고 X가 염소와 브롬중에서 선택된 할로겐 원자인 일반식 RX의 과잉량의 할로겐화 아실로 반응시켜 아실화하고 생성반응 혼합물을 약 35내지 60℃ 에서 약 42내지 80시간동안 방치한후, 종래의 방법을 이용하여 일반식 (1)의 알콕시 - 아실 카르니틴의 에스테르를 분히한다.
- 상기 알콕시 - 아실 라디칼 R이 케톡시아세틸, 2-와 3-메톡시프로피오닐, 에톡시아세틸, 2-화 3-에톡시 프로피오닐 및 프로폭시 아세틸로 구성된 종류로 부터 선택된것이고, 상기 알킬기 R´는 메닐, 에틸, 프로피, 이소프로필, 부틸 및 이소부틸로 구성된 종류로 부터 선택된 것인, 청구범위 5에 의거한 방법
- 단계 (b)에서 단계(a)의 상기 카르니틴에스테르가 불활서우 무수 유기용매에 용해되고 상기 반응혼합물이 불활성, 무수기체의 흐름에 방치되는 청구범위 5에 의거한 방법.
- 단계 (b)에서 단계 (a)의 카르니틴 에스테르가 용매없이 과잉량의 아실화 시약과 반응되고 상기 반응 혼합물이 수분- 유리 환겨어에 방치되는 청구범위 5에 의거한 방법.
- 상기 유기용매가 아세톤, 염화메틸렌, 클로로포름 및 아세토 니트릴 중에서 선택된 청구범위 7에 의 거한 방법.
- 카르니틴 에스테르와 아실화 시약사이의 몰비가 1:2 1:4사이에 포함되는 청구범위 5내지 9에 의거한 방법.
- 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 알콕시 - 아실 카르니틴의 에스테르의 치료에 효과적인 양과 약제로 사용가능한 부형제를 포함하는 심방병들의 치료를 위한 약제 조성물.
- 일반식 (Ⅰ) 의 알콕시 -아실카르니틴의 에스테르의 치료에 효과적인 양과 악제로 사용가능한 부형제를 포함하는 과유지방 단백질 혈증의 치료를 위한 약제 조성물.
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 알콕시 - 아실 카르니틴의 에스테르의 치료에 효과적인 양과 약제로 사용가능한 부형제를 포함하는 과유지질 혈증의 치료를 위한 약제 조성물.※ 참조사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
