Claims (16)

  1. 내부에 액체를 사용하는 중공체의 내부 벽면에 불활성이고 수불용성 유기 중합물질의 층을 형성함에 있어서 그 층의 무게의 최소한 약 75%가 친수성 화학기를 포함하는 단량체로 구성되며, 용기의 내벽에 이산화 탄소 기포핵을 감소시키고 이것에 포장된 음료에서 탄산화 손실을 감소시키는데 효과가 있는 층을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액체 탄산음료에 사용 되는 용기.
  2. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 용기가 금속으로 만들어진 것이 특징인 용기.
  3. 특허 청구의 범위 제2항 기재에 있어서, 용기가 알루미늄으로 만들어진 것이 특징인 용기.
  4. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 용기가 강철로 만들어진 것이 특징인 용기.
  5. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 용기가 폴리에티렌테레프탈레이트로 만들어진 것이 특징인 용기.
  6. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 내기 제5항중의 어느 항의 기재에 있어서, 그 용기의 층이 단량체와 단량체를 포함하는 친수성의 공중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  7. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 항의 기재에 있어서, 친수성 단량체가 아크릴산인 것이 특징인 용기.
  8. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 내기 제6항중의 어느 항의 기재에 있어서, 친수성 단량체가 히드록시 에틸아크릴산염인 것이 특징인 용기.
  9. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 내기 제5항중의 어느 항의 기재에 있어서, 그 층이 교차결합제로써 수용성 중합체를 불용성화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  10. 특허 청구의 범위 제9항 기재에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리비닐 알코올인 것이 특징인 용기.
  11. 특허 청구의 범위 제10항 기재에 있어서, 비닐알코올을 글리옥살로써 불용성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  12. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 내기 제5항중의 어느 항의 기재에 있어서, 내부층이 친수성 화학기를 포함하는 단량체로써 중합시켜서 변경한 소수성 중합체로 구성된 것이 특징인 용기.
  13. 특허 청구의 범위 제12항 기재에 있어서, 소수성 중합체가 염화폴리비닐인 것이 특징인 용기.
  14. 특허 청구의 범위 제12항 기재에 있어서, 소수성 중합체가 염화비닐/초산비닐/비닐알코올 공중합체인 것이 특징인 용기.
  15. 특허 청구의 범위 제12항 기재에 있어서, 중합된친수성 단량체의 박막 무게가 용기 벽면의 매평방인치당 결합된 단량체로 0.10-2.0㎎범위인 것이 특징인 용기.
  16. 특허 청구의 범위 제12항 기재에 있어서, 중합된 친수성 단량체의 박막 무게가 용기 벽면의 매평방 인치당 결합된 단량체로 0.75-2.0㎎ 범위인 것이 특징인 용기.
