Claims (3)
- 염화비닐, 또는 염화비닐을 주조함유로는 혼합물로 구성되는 단량체를 현탁중합함에 있어서 중합용기를 탈개스하고 단량체와 개시제를 용기내에 충전하고 그들은 균질적으로 혼합한 후에 탈개스탈이온수와 현탁제를 충전함으로써 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 중합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 탈개스탈이온수의 용해된 산소농도를 2ppm이하로 조절하고, 중합시스템내의 산소양을 충전된 단량체양에 대해 5ppm이하로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 중합방법.
- 제2항에 있어서 탈개스탈이온수를 미리 50-80℃로 증온하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 중합방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
