Claims (1)

  1. 광학섬유 조기 성형부 제조방법에 있어서, 자외선으로 조기성형 기판관(10)에 분배되는 가스전구체를 발광하기 위한 수단(22,23), 상기 발광된 가스로 부터 방사선 에너지를 검파하기 위한 수단(24,25), 기준신호와 검파된 에너지의 강도를 비교하기 위한 수단(26) 및 이 비교에 따라서 가스 전구체내의 측정된 물질의 농도를 변화시키기 위한 수단들을 포함하는 처리방법을 특징으로 하는 광학섬유 조기 성형부의 인덱스 단면 제어방법.
