Claims (8)
- 고체환원제를 보유하는 반응기의 하부내로 물질을 취입하고, 상기 출발물질을 상기 하부내의 거기에 접한 플라즈마 발생기의 사용에 의해 유지되는 환원구역 내로 통과하며, 상기 구역 내에서 상기 출발물질을 대략 동시에 환원 및 용융하고, 반응기 저부로 부터 용융 및 환원된 금속제품을 제거하는 단계로 구성된 금속산화물을 보유하는 분진형태의 물질로 부터 비휘발성 금속을 회수하는 방법.
- 반응기내의 용융된 제품의 온도를 약 1500℃ 내지 1650℃로 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 특허청구범위 1항에 따른 방법.
- 상기 출발물질이 또한 탄소 또는 탄화수소를 포함하는 특허청구 범위 1항에 따른 방법.
- 출발물질이 또한 슬랙 형성제를 포함하는 특허청구 범위 1항에 따른 방법.
- 출발물질이 운반가스와 함께 반응기 내로 취입되는 특허청구 범위 1,2,3 또는 4항에 따른 방법.
- 반응기 내에서 발생된 반응가스의 일부가 운반가스로서 사용되는 특허청구 범위 5항에 따른 방법.
- 반응기 내에서 발생된 반응가스의 일부가 플라즈마 가스로서 사용되는 특허청구 범위 5항에 따른 방법.
