Claims (1)
- (1) 알킬렌-알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 상기 공중합체 100중량부 기준으로 구조식 R1-R2-R3인 0.1내지 10중량부의 이 작용성 화합물, 상기 공중합체 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 10중량부의 오가노 티타네이트를 혼합하고 이 혼합물을 공중합체의 용융온도의 약 200℃ 사이의 온도에서 가열시킴을 특징으로 하는 열-경화성 중합체의 제조방법.상기 구조식에서R1및 R3는 각기 -OH, -SH 또는에서 선택되고(여기에서 R4는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 탄화수소임),R2는 아릴이 아닌 기로 말단화된 2가유기기이다.(2) 구조식 R1-R2-R3의 이작용성 화합물을 상기 이작용성 화합물 100중량부 기준으로 5 내지 1000중량부의 오가노티타네이트와 25 내지 250℃의 온도에서 반응시키고 상기 단계의 반응생성물에서 얻어진 휘발물질을 제거한 후 이 휘발물질이 제거된 반응생성물을 알킬렌-알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 열-경화성 중합체의 제조방법.상기 구조식에서R1및 R3는 각기 -OH, -SH 또는에서 선택되고(여기에서 R4는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 탄화수소임)R2는 아릴이 아닌기로 말단화된 2가유기기이다.(3) 알킬렌-알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 상기 공중합체 100중량부 기준으로 구조식 R1-R2-R3인 0 내지 10중량부의 이작용성 화합물, 상기 공중합체 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 10중량부의 티탄킬레이트를 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 열-경화성 중합체의 제조방법.상기 구조식에서R1및 R3는 각기 -OH, -SH 또는에서 선택되고(여기에서 R4는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 탄화수소임)R2는 아릴이 아닌기로 말단화된 2가 유기기이다.(4) 구조식 R1-R2-R3인 이작용성 화합물을 상기 작용성 화합물 100중량부 기준으로 5 내지 1000중량부의 오가노티타네이트와 25 내지 250℃의 온도에서 반응시키고 상기 단계의 반응생성물에서 얻어진 휘발물질을 제거한 후 휘발물질이 제거된 생성물을 불활성 중합체와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여 알킬렌-알킬 알크릴레이트 공중합체 가교결합에 사용되는 가교결합제의 제조방법.상기 구조식에서R1및 R3는 각기 -OH, -SH 또는에서 선택되고(여기에서 R4는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 탄화수소임)R2는 아릴이 아닌기로 말단화된 2가 유기기이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
