Claims (12)
- 중합 반응 중에 또는 후에, 폴리 실라잔 조성물과 하나 이상의 이온 교환물질을 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리 실라잔 중합반응의 촉매를 촉매 유효량으로 함유하는 폴리실라잔 조성물의 중합반응을 조절하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온 교환물질이 이온 교환 수지임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 중합반응이 괴상으로 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 중합반응이 유기용매 내에 용해된 용액으로 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산 중합 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 촉매를 과염소산 및 트리플루오로메탄술폰산중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 폴리 스티렌형 또는 폴리 아크릴형의 음이온 교환수지를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리 스티렌형의 수지를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리스티렌형의 수지가 하기 식에 해당함을 특징으로 하는 방법.(식중, X는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고, 라디칼 R1, R2및 R3는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소 및 경우에 따라 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼 중에서 선택된다.)
- 제9항에 있어서, 라디칼 R1, R2및 R3가 알킬라디칼임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 것 같은 방법을 실시하여 수득될 수 있는 폴리 실라잔.
- 제11항에 정의된 것 같은 폴리 실라잔을 불활성 분위기 또는 진공하, 600 내지 1500℃에서 정방공정후 열분해시켜 수득함을 특징으로 하는 질화 및/또는 탄화 규소기재의 섬유.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
