Claims (2)
- (1) 반응에 필요한 물질의 화학당량보다 약 10%내지 약 400%과잉량의 티타늄 함유물질을 황산과 반응시켜, 약 140℃이하의 온도에서 용액의 총중량기준으로 약 25%내지 약 60중량%농도를 갖는 희석 황산용액의 황산티타늄을 제조하고(2) 수득한 반응혼합물을 황산티타늄침전이 발생하지 않도록 약 110℃이하 온도로 냉각하여 용해 황산티타늄을 함유하는 반응혼합물을 제조하며(3) 황산티타늄을 함유하는 반응혼합물을 물, 황산티타늄 용액 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선정한 충분한 양의 희석제로 희석시켜, 불용성 고형물을 제거하면, 철/이산화티타늄 중량비율 약 0.5내지 1.2 : 1,0; 이산화티타늄함량 약 120내지 약 180g/l; 비중 약 1.4내지 1.8과 활성황산/이산화티타늄 몰비율 약 1.4내지 1.9 : 1의 특성을 갖는 반응혼합물을 제조하고(4) 미용해 고형물을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안정된 황산티타늄용액을 제조하는 방법.
- (1) 반응에 필요한 물질의 화학당량보다 약 10%내지 약 400%과잉량의 티타늄 함유물질을 황산과 반응시켜, 약 140℃이하의 온도에서 용액의 총중량기준으로 약 25%내지 약 60중량%농도를 갖는 희석 황산용액의 황산티타늄을 제조하고,(2) 수득한 반응혼합물을 황산티타늄침전이 발생하지 않도록 약 110℃이하 온도로 냉각하여 용해황산티타늄을 함유하는 반응혼합물을 제조하며(3) 황산티타늄을 함유하는 반응혼합물을 물, 황산티타늄용액 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선정한 충분한 양의 희석제로 희석시켜, 불용성 고형물을 제거하면, 철/이산화티타늄 중량비율 약 0.7내지 1.1 : 1,0; 이산화티타늄함량 약 120내지 약 180g/l; 비중 약 1.4내지 1.8과 활성황산/이산화티타늄 몰비율 약 1.4내지 1.9 : 1의 특성을 갖는 반응혼합물을 제조하고,(4) 미용해고형물을 반응혼합물로부터 분리하여 황산철 및 황산티타늄용액을 제조하며,(5) 황산철 및 황산티타늄용액에서 황산철을 분리하여 황산티타늄용액을 제조하고,(6) 이 황산티타늄용액을 가수분해시켜 이산화티타늄수화물과 폐황산용액을 제조하여(7) 여기서 얻은 이산화티타늄수화물을 가소시켜 이산화티타늄으로 만들고, 또(8) 이산화티타늄을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황산티타늄용액으로부터 이산화티타늄을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
