제3b도는 상하 조립체가 조립하는 동안 직접 접촉하는 제3a도와 같이 상하실린더부 조립체의 접합부의 단면도. 제 4 도는 제 1 도의 4-4선에 의한 엔진구조 조립체의 일부 절단 단면도.
제 5 도는 본 발명의 전체엔진구조 조립체의 사시도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 크랭프샤프트, 크랭크샤프트와 연결된 적어도 하나의 왕복피스톤, 왕복피스톤을 수납하는 실린더 공동을 가진 내연기관에 있어서, 실린더 공동의 제 1 부분을 구성하도록 형성된 리세스, 리세스의 상부단에 연장된 벽을 구성하는 일체화된 연소실을 포함한 상부실린더부조립체를 구비한 일체화된 헤드와 상부실린더부조립체, 실린더공동의 잔유부분을 구성한 일체화된 크랭크케이스와 하부실린더부 조립체, 접합부영역을 따라 상하부조립체를 연결하는 부재, 실린더공동에서 피스톤의 왕복운동을 안내하는 실린더공동부분에 배치되어 냉각재공동을 형성하도록 상부조립체리세스의 내부면에서 일정한 간격을 격한 외부면을 구성하는 라이너부재, 연소실을 형성하는 라이너부재의 상부단부분을 밀봉하며 일체화된 벽과 바로 인접되어 구성한 연소가 스밀봉부재, 냉각재가 상부실린더조립체내에 수납된 라이너의 일부분을 따라 라이너부재와 직접 접촉하도록 라이너부재와 상하부실린더부조립체중 최소한 어느 하나사이에 냉각재 공동밀봉을 구성하는 접합부영역과 인접하여 배치된 냉각제밀봉부재로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상부실린더부와 헤드가 일체화된 내연기관.
