Claims (11)

  1. 알루미늄이나 알루미늄-비금속 합금의 중간층을 갖는 다층 금속베어링 재료를 만드는 방법에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄이나 알루미늄-비금속합금에 결합된 지지재료로 혼합된 스트립을 제공하며, 용융된 베어링 도금재료의 용액의 표면밑으로 혼합물 스트립이 통과하며, 알루미늄이나 알루미늄-비금속 합금 중간층에 용융된 도금재료의 균일한 접착을 허용하게 용액면 밑에 있는 동안 알루미늄이나 알루미늄 합금층의 표면으로부터 표면산소를 제거하며, 또 용액으로부터 혼합물스트립을 빼내고 또 동시에 스트랩의 폭 전반에 걸쳐 중간층 위의 도금재료의 두께를 균일하게 제어하고 그것에 의해서 응고에 따라 도금층이 결합된 베어링재료를 제공하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 재료 및 제작방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 기술된 방법에 있어서, 응고 후에 도금재료를 절삭하는 절삭장치를 제공하는 것으로 특징된 베어링 재료 및 제작방법.
  3. 청구범위 1항에 기술된 방법에 있어서, 그 안에서 상기 도금재료의 용액이 납과 주석의 합금과 아연, 카드뮴과 구리로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징된 베어링재료 및 제작방법.
  4. 청구범위 1항에 기술된 방법에 있어서, 그안에서 상기 도금재료의 용액이 납과 주석과 아연의 합금을 포함하는 것으로 특징된 베어링재료 및 제작방법.
  5. 청구범위 1항에 기술된 방법에 있어서, 그안에서 도금재료의 상기 용액이 납, 주석과 카드뮴의 합금을 포함하는 것으로 특징된 베어링재료 및 제작방법.
  6. 청구범위 1항에 기술된 장치에 있어서, 그안에서 도금의 두께를 균일하게 제어하는 것은 측면 보조체 및 문부재에 의한 것으로 특징되는 베어링재료 및 제작방법.
  7. 알루미늄이나 알루미늄-비금속 합금의 중간층을 갖는 다층금속 베어링을 만드는 방법에 있어서, 상기 중간층에 결합된 지지용재료로 된 혼합물 스트립을 제공하며, 납과 주석과 아연, 카드뮴과 구리중 최소한 한 금속으로 된 합금의 용융된 베어링 도금재료의 용액의 표면밑으로 혼합물 스트립이 통과하며, 중간층에 용융된 도금재료의 접착이 균일하게 하려고 용액이 표면밑에 있는 동안 중간층의 표면으로부터 표면산소를 제거하며, 용액으로부터 스트립을 빼내고 동시에 스트립의 폭 전반에 걸쳐 중간층 위에 있는 도금재료의 두께를 균일하게 제어하고 그것에 의해서 응고에 의해 도금층에 결합된 베어링 재료를 제공하며, 또 베어링 껍데기 속으로 도금층으로 된 혼합물스트립을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 것으로 특징된 베어링 재료 및 제작방법.
  8. 청구범위 7항에 기술된 베어링 제작방법에 있어서, 베어링 껍데기 형성전에 응고 후의 도금재료를 절삭하는 절삭장치를 제공하는 것으로 특징되는 베어링재료 및 제작방법.
  9. 청구범위 8항에 기술된 베어링 제작방법에 있어서, 그안에서 상기 합금은 납, 주석과 아연을 포함하는 것으로 특징된 베어링재료 및 제작방법.
  10. 알루미늄이나 알루미늄-비금속 합금의 층을 갖는 다층금속 베어링재료의 제작방법에 있어서 알루미늄이나 알루미늄-비금속합금으로 된 면을 적어도 하나는 갖는 스트립을 제공하며, 용융된 베어링 도금재료의 용액의 표면 밑으로 상기 스트립이 통과하며, 알루미늄이나 알루미늄-비금속 합금층에 용융된 도금재료의 균일한 접착을 허용하게 용액의 표면 밑에 있는 동안 알루미늄이나 알루미늄-비금속 합금층의 표면으로부터 표면산소를 제거하며, 또 용액으로부터 스트립을 빼내고 동시에 스트립의 폭전반에 걸쳐 알루미늄이나 알루미늄-비금속합금 위에 도금재료의 두께를 균일하게 제어하고 그것에 의해서 응고에 따라 중간층이 결합된 베어링 재료를 제공하는 것을 포함하는 것으로 특징된 베어링재료 및 제작방법.
