Claims (7)
- 필라멘트 보강된 수지 메트릭스 내부 관형 동체가 기저부와 선단부를 지니며 기저부로부터 선단부로 직경이 경사지며, 필라멘트 보강된 수지 메트릭스외부 동체가 상기 내부 동체의 외부 표면에 결합되며, 상기 내부 및 외부 동체가 일정하지 않은 두께의 맨드럴 벽을 형성하고, 상기 기저부 단부와 상기 선단부 위의 끼워맞춤 장치가 상기 권취장치 위의 맨드럴을 회전 가능하게 설치하기에 적합한 권취장치 위에서 큰 풍동터어빈 날개 스파를 제조하는데 사용되는 빈 캔티레바 맨드럴.
- 상기 내부 동체가 1차 및 2차 필라멘트 보강된 수지 매트릭스의 반 경사진 함께 결합된 반쪽의 시린더를 지니는 청구범위 1의 맨드럴.
- 상기 벽이 상기 기저부 단부에서 상기 선단부로 두께가 감소하는 청구범위 1 또는 그의 맨드럴.
- 상기 기저부 단부 끼워맞춤 장치가 상기 벽의 기저부 단부에 단단히 고정되는 한쌍의 동심의 링을 지니는 청구범위 3의 맨드럴.
- 상기 벽이 다수의 구멍을 설치하는 청구범위 4의 맨드럴.
- 그 길이를 따라 직경이 경사지는 거울상의 반쪽의 시린더를 형성하는 필라멘트 보강된 수지 매트랙스 재료를 쌓고, 빈 경사진 시린더형 대부 동체를 형성하도록 상기의 반쪽의 시린더를 함께 결합시키고, 상기 내부 동체에 일체로 결합된 외부 시린더 동체를 형성하는 상기 내부 동체의 외부 표면에 필라멘트 보강된 수지 매트릭스 재료를 사용하여 상기 내부 및 외부 동체가 상기 맨드럴의 벽을 형성하고 상기 벽이 일정하지 않은 두께를 이루며, 상기 권취 장치위에 회전 가능하게 설치되기 위한 상기 맨드럴에 맞도록 상기 내부 및 외부 동체의 마주보는 단부에 끼워맞춤을 고정시키는 과정을 지니는 권취 장치위에서 큰 풍동터어빈 날개스파를 제조하는데 사용하는 큰 캔티레버 맨드럴을 제조하는 방법.
