本发明涉及风力发电机领域,尤其是一种在输出功率相同的情况下可大大缩短叶片长度的50KW风力发电机组的叶片,它包括主杆和叶片本体,在主杆的一端设有叶片本体,在叶片本体与主杆配合固定,在两片叶片本体上向内对称的设有多个凸起,凸起之间通过粘接固定。该50KW风力发电机组的叶片,其50KW的功率的情况下,可大大的降低了叶片的长度,使得叶片在使用过程中能承受的风力更大,不易折断,提高了使用寿命,而且使用时所需的空间及基座的高度也大大的降低,从而可降低生产、运输、施工建设的成本,还可提高了其使用性能,适用范围更广。

技术领域
本发明涉及风力发电机领域,尤其是一种50KW风力发电机组的叶片。
背景技术
现有的50KW的风力发电机组的叶片都为细长形状,每个机头上设有三个叶片,由于叶片的长度较大,则造成该风力发电机组的生产、运输、安装和使用的成本较大,尤其是运输和安装过程中,容易出现意外,导致叶片及风力发电机组损坏;同时叶片的长度较大,则造成基座的高度和尺寸也相对要大,且在其工作过程中,叶片的旋转圆弧较大,造成其工作的空间要求较大,使得风力发电机组的使用的局限性明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种在输出功率相同的情况下可大大缩短叶片长度的50KW风力发电机组的叶片。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的50KW风力发电机组的叶片,它包括主杆和叶片本体,主杆为玻璃钢管,在主杆的一端设有连接法兰,在主杆的另一端设有大小形状相同的两片叶片本体,在叶片本体的中心设有一条弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽与主杆通过粘接配合固定,两片叶片本体相对的抱合在主杆上,在两片叶片本体上向内对称的设有多个凸起,凸起之间通过粘接固定,在叶片本体的另一侧面相对于凸起的位置形成内凹结构,叶片本体的形状为:外端为矩形,内端通过内凹圆弧过渡,在叶片本体的外围设有一圈向内的凸带,凸带之间通过粘接固定。
作为优化,所述的叶片本体的外层为玻璃钢层,内层为玻纤织物层;大大降低了叶片本体的重量,但其玻纤织物层的设置可有效的提高叶片本体的牢度,提高使用性能。
本发明所得到的50KW风力发电机组的叶片,其叶片本体通过粘接与主杆连接,结构简单,生产方便,其通过凸起连接,连接牢固,而且在叶片本体的外表面形成内凹结构,增大了叶片本体的受风面积,提高了其对风能的捕捉能力;另外,由于叶片本体的面积大,其50KW的功率的情况下,可大大的降低了叶片的长度,使得叶片在使用过程中能承受的风力更大,不易折断,提高了使用寿命,而且使用时所需的空间及基座的高度也大大的降低,从而可降低生产、运输、施工建设的成本,还可提高了其使用性能,适用范围更广。
50KW风力发电机组上可设置有8个叶片。

实施例1:
如图1所示,本实施例描述的50KW风力发电机组的叶片,它包括主杆1和叶片本体2,主杆1为玻璃钢管,在主杆1的一端设有连接法兰3,在主杆1的另一端设有大小形状相同的两片叶片本体2,在叶片本体2的中心设有一条弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽与主杆1通过粘接配合固定,两片叶片本体2相对的抱合在主杆1上,在两片叶片本体2上向内对称的设有多个凸起4,凸起4之间通过粘接固定,在叶片本体2的另一侧面相对于凸起4的位置形成内凹结构,叶片本体2的形状为:外端为矩形,内端通过内凹圆弧过渡,在叶片本体2的外围设有一圈向内的凸带5,凸带5之间通过粘接固定;所述的叶片本体2的外层为玻璃钢层,内层为玻纤织物层。

1.一种50KW风力发电机组的叶片,它包括主杆和叶片本体,其特征是:主杆为玻璃钢管,在主杆的一端设有连接法兰,在主杆的另一端设有大小形状相同的两片叶片本体,在叶片本体的中心设有一条弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽与主杆通过粘接配合固定,两片叶片本体相对的抱合在主杆上,在两片叶片本体上向内对称的设有多个凸起,凸起之间通过粘接固定,在叶片本体的另一侧面相对于凸起的位置形成内凹结构,叶片本体的形状为:外端为矩形,内端通过内凹圆弧过渡,在叶片本体的外围设有一圈向内的凸带,凸带之间通过粘接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种50KW风力发电机组的叶片,其特征是:所述的叶片本体的外层为玻璃钢层,内层为玻纤织物层。
