目前,常见的传统管道连接方法主要有两种:焊接和法兰。
焊接对技术的要求高,需要专业的安装人员,增加了人工成本,减弱了工程的可控性。同时,这种连接方法需在明火高温的环境下进行,存在一定的安全隐患。法兰连接能够承受较大的工作压力,但是操作起来比较复杂,必须进行二次安装,不仅工序多、速度慢,而且占地大、成本高、易污染管路。这种方式连接的管道也只能承受二维变形,抗震和抗摆能力较差。

本实用新型为了解决上述现有技术存在的缺陷和不足,提供了一种抗震和抗摆能力强,安装方便,同时轻质、高效、高强度的塑料挠性圆背卡箍。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种塑料挠性圆背卡箍,包括卡箍本体,所述卡箍本体呈弓状,其中部为圆弧曲面结构,卡箍本体两端为螺栓台阶,所述螺栓台阶侧面设有多面切除结构和锥度结构。
优选地,所述螺栓台阶与圆弧曲面结构衔接处设有斜面加强筋。

如图1和2所示,一种塑料挠性圆背卡箍,包括卡箍本体9,卡箍本体9呈弓状,其中部为圆弧曲面结构1,卡箍本体9两端为螺栓台阶8,螺栓台阶8侧面设有多面切除结构3和锥度结构4。螺栓台阶8与圆弧曲面结构1衔接处设有斜面加强筋2。螺栓台阶8上设有马车螺栓孔5和配合马车螺栓孔5的抽壳结构6,抽壳结构6设置在螺栓台阶8底面。螺栓台阶8底面设有夹角加强筋7。
本实用新型采用圆弧曲面设计,使其腔体厚度基本均布,螺栓台阶上面采用小角度斜面加强筋;螺栓台阶周围采用锥度设计并对侧面进行多面切除,仅预留螺栓的安装位置;螺栓台阶下面采用抽壳切除,并用两块成夹角的加强筋支撑,并采用马车螺栓孔设计,使其安装更加简单、高效。
本实用新型在受到外力冲击时,卡箍和管道间、卡箍和垫圈间以及管道和管道间都有一定的缝隙允许相互移动,实现三维变形,有较好的抗震和抗摆能力强。
本实用新型在抗震和抗摆能力强的前提下,安装方便,同时重量轻、使用效率高、强度高。
