背景技术
如图1所示,传统的座环合缝面把合定位,采用的是两合缝法兰面分别加工、用螺栓把合销钉定位的结构。座环是水轮机中的重要部件,通常用作机组的安装基准,这就要求在车间组圆加工后的座环在工地复装时应做到精准、快速。随着水轮机容量、尺寸等参数的提高,座环尺寸也不断增大,由于受运输等条件的制约,大多采用分瓣组合结构,分瓣数也由原来的两瓣增加到四瓣、六瓣,这就给工地组合安装增加了一定的困难,影响了机组的安装周期。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种实现快速定位,结构合理简单、工地复位方便、安装周期短的座环合缝面把合定位结构,本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种座环合缝面把合定位结构,凹型定位块焊接在第一瓣座环的环板上,凹型定位块与凸型定位块套装在长螺柱上,凹型定位块与凸型定位块接触面为锥度配合,螺母与长螺柱螺纹配合,两个螺母分别紧固在凹型定位块、凸型定位块的端面上,凸型定位块与第二瓣座环环板焊接固定。本实用新型利用凹凸定位块的锥段实现快速定位,替代了传统的加工合缝法兰、销钉定位,结构简单合理,操作方便,提高了联接的可靠性,降低了制造成本,缩短了安装周期。

如图2所示的一种座环合缝面把合定位结构,凹型定位块1焊接在第一瓣座环的环板5上,凹型定位块1与凸型定位块2套装在长螺柱3上,凹型定位块1与凸型定位块2接触面为锥度配合,螺母4与长螺柱3螺纹配合,两个螺母4分别紧固在凹型定位块1、凸型定位块2的端面上,凸型定位块2与第二瓣座环环板6焊接固定。
