Claims (1)
- 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 구조식(Ⅴ)의 아인산트리아릴과 염소 또는 브롬과를 거의 무수비활성 유기용매(Substantiall anhdrous inert organic slovent)중에 당량비로 가하여 얻은반응통제 화합물(kinetically controlled product)인 구조식(Ⅳ)의 할로겐화 화합물을 -30℃이하의 거의 무수비활성 유기용매 내에서 약 1.0 내지 약 1.3 당량비로 반응시켜 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식에서X는 C1 또는 Br,Z는 수소, 할로, C1-C4알킬, 또는 C1-C4알콕시(Alkoxy)R는 카르복실산 보호기,R5는(1) 수소, C1-C4알킬, 또는 할로 (C1-C4알킬),(2) R6: 페일 또는 불소, 염소, 브롬 및 요드원자, 니트로, 시아노, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 보호하이드록시, 카바밀, 트리플루오로메틸 및 메탄설폰아미도로 구성된 군중 1개 내지 2개기로 치환된 페닐기.(3) 화학식 R6(O)mCH2 -인 화학기, 단 m은 1 또는 0, R6는 (2)의 정의와 동일.(4) 화학식 R6aCH2 -인 화학기, 단 R6a는사이크로헥사디에닐, 2-푸릴, 2-티에닐, 또는 3-티에닐, 또는(5) R가 상기 정의와 동일한 화학식 COOR기이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
