Claims (38)
- 적어도 기재층, 배리어층, 및 실란트층을 이 순서로 구비하는 축전 장치용 외장재로서,
상기 기재층과 상기 배리어층 사이에, 적어도 1 종류 이상의 폴리에스테르폴리올 수지와 적어도 1 종류 이상의 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물의 반응물로 이루어지는 폴리우레탄계 화합물을 함유하는 접착제층을 구비하고,
상기 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물은, 이소포론디이소시아네이트의 누레이트체를 포함하고,
상기 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물에 있어서의 상기 이소포론디이소시아네이트의 누레이트체에서 유래하는 이소시아네이트기의 함유량이, 상기 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물에 포함되는 이소시아네이트기 전체량 100 몰% 를 기준으로 하여 5 ∼ 100 몰% 인, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르폴리올 수지에 포함되는 수산기수에 대한, 상기 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물에 포함되는 이소시아네이트기수의 비율이 2 ∼ 60 인, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,

상기 배리어층의 일방 또는 양방의 면에 부식 방지 처리층이 형성되어 있는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 적어도, 기재층과, 제 1 접착제층과, 배리어층과, 제 2 접착제층과, 실란트층을 이 순서로 구비하는 적층체로 이루어지고,
상기 기재층을 제거하여, 상기 제 1 접착제층을 노출시키고, 노출된 접착제층의 최표면측으로부터 푸리에 변환 적외 분광 분석법의 감쇠 전반사로 측정했을 경우에, 베이스 라인의 투과율 T0 과, 2100 ㎝-1 내지 2400 ㎝-1 의 범위에 검출되는 투과율의 최소값 T1 과, 1670 ㎝-1 내지 1700 ㎝-1 의 범위에 검출되는 투과율의 최소값 T2 가 0.06 ≤ (T0 - T1)/(T0 - T2) ≤ 0.4 의 관계를 충족하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 접착제층이, 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물은 지환식 이소시아네이트 다량체 및 분자 구조 내에 방향 고리를 포함하는 이소시아네이트 다량체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 접착제층이, 폴리에스테르폴리올 및 아크릴폴리올 및 폴리카보네이트디올로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 폴리올과, 상기 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물에 의해 형성된 우레탄 수지를 포함하는 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제 9 항에 있어서,

상기 기재층과 상기 배리어층 사이에, 폴리우레탄계 화합물과 폴리아미드이미드 수지를 포함하는 접착제층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제 16 항에 있어서,

상기 전류 취출 단자를 협지하고 또한 상기 축전 장치 본체를 수용하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 축전 장치용 외장재를 구비하는 축전 장치. - 축전 디바이스용 외장재로서,
기재층과,
제 1 접착층과,
배리어층과,
제 2 접착층과,
실란트층을 이 순서로 갖는 적층 구조를 구비하고,
상기 제 1 접착층 및 상기 제 2 접착층 중 적어도 일방이, 아민계 수지와 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 반응물인 우레아계 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 접착층 및 상기 제 2 접착층 중 상기 우레아계 화합물을 포함하는 층에 있어서, 1680 ∼ 1720 ㎝-1 의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼 피크 강도를 A1, 1590 ∼ 1640 ㎝-1 의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼 피크 강도를 B1 로 했을 때, 하기 식 (1-A) 로 정의되는 X1 이 10 ∼ 99 인, 외장재.
X1 = {B1/(A1 + B1)} × 100 … (1-A) - 제 24 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 이소시아네이트기가 블록제와 결합하여 이루어지는, 외장재. - 제 25 항에 있어서,
상기 블록제가, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 이소시아네이트기로부터 60 ∼ 120 ℃ 에서 탈리되는, 외장재. - 제 24 항 내지 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
적어도 상기 제 2 접착층과 상기 배리어층 사이에 부식 방지 처리층을 추가로 갖는, 외장재. - 제 24 항 내지 제 27 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 접착층 및 상기 제 2 접착층 중 상기 제 2 접착층만이 상기 우레아계 화합물을 포함하는, 외장재. - 제 24 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 접착층 및 상기 제 2 접착층 중 적어도 일방이 황화수소 흡착 물질을 포함하는, 외장재. - 축전 디바이스용 외장재로서,
기재층과,
제 1 접착층과,
금속박층과,
제 2 접착층과,
실란트층을 이 순서로 갖는 적층 구조를 구비하고,
상기 제 1 접착층 및 상기 제 2 접착층이, 폴리올계 수지와 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 반응물인 우레탄계 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 접착층 및 상기 제 2 접착층에 있어서, 2250 ∼ 2290 ㎝-1 의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼 피크 강도를 A2, 1680 ∼ 1720 ㎝-1 의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼 피크 강도를 B2 로 했을 때, 하기 식 (1-B) 로 정의되는 X2 가 10 ∼ 90 이고,
상기 제 1 접착층 및 상기 제 2 접착층의 유리 전이 온도가 60 ∼ 80 ℃ 인, 외장재.

상기 폴리올계 수지가 폴리에스테르폴리올계 수지인, 외장재. - 제 30 항 또는 제 31 항에 있어서,
적어도 상기 제 2 접착층과, 상기 금속박층 사이에 부식 방지 처리층을 추가로 갖는, 외장재. - 제 30 항 내지 제 32 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 포함하는, 외장재. - 제 30 항 내지 제 33 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 어덕트체를 포함하는, 외장재. - 제 30 항 내지 제 34 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
