Abstract
상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 꿀벌의 낭충봉아부패병 진단 프라이머 세트, 이를 이용한 꿀벌의 낭충봉아부패병 진단 방법 및 진단 키트를 제공함으로써, 꿀벌의 낭충봉아부패병 질병을 진단하면서도, 고민감도, 고특이도 및 고정밀도(고반복성, 고재현성)로 꿀벌의 낭충봉아부패병을 효과적으로 검출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 그에 소모되는 시간과 비용 절감이 가능하기 때문에, 다양한 시료의 병성감정에 유용하게 이용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2는 서열번호 1 내지 3의 낭충봉아부패병(SBV) 병원체 진단 프라이머 세트 이용시 낭충봉아부패병(SBV)에 대한 특이도 시험 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 서열번호 1 내지 3의 낭충봉아부패병(SBV) 병원체 진단 프라이머 세트 이용시 낭충봉아부패병(SBV)에 대한 정밀도(반복성) 시험 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4a는 서열번호 1 내지 3의 낭충봉아부패병(SBV) 병원체 진단 프라이머 세트 이용시 낭충봉아부패병(SBV)에 대한 정밀도(재현성) 1차 시험 결과, 도 4b는서열번호 1 내지 3의 낭충봉아부패병(SBV) 병원체 진단 프라이머 세트 이용시 낭충봉아부패병(SBV)에 대한 정밀도(재현성) 2차 시험 결과, 도 4c는 서열번호 1 내지 3의 낭충봉아부패병(SBV) 병원체 진단 프라이머 세트 이용시 낭충봉아부패병(SBV)에 대한 정밀도(재현성) 3차 시험 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 서열번호 1의 정방향 프라이머와 서열번호 2의 역방향 프라이머 쌍 및 서열번호 3의 프로브로 이루어진 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 꿀벌의 낭충봉아부패병 진단용 프라이머 세트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머 세트는 낭충봉아부패병 바이러스(SBV, sacbrood virus)를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 꿀벌의 낭충봉아부패병 진단 프라이머 세트.
- 꿀벌의 바이러스 질병을 진단하는 방법으로서,
(a) 시료로부터 DNA를 추출하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a)단계에서 추출한 DNA를 서열번호 1의 정방향 프라이머와 서열번호 2의 역방향 프라이머 쌍 및 서열번호 3의 프로브로 이루어진 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 실시간 중합효소연쇄반응(RT-PCR)을 수행하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 실시간 중합효소연쇄반응(RT-PCR)을 수행 후 Ct 값을 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 꿀벌의 바이러스 낭충봉아부패병 진단방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 Ct 값을 확인하는 단계는 Ct값이 35이하일 경우 꿀벌의 낭충봉아부패병 양성반응으로 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 꿀벌의 바이러스 낭충봉아부패병 진단방법.
- 서열번호 1의 정방향 프라이머와 서열번호 2의 역방향 프라이머 쌍 및 서열번호 3의 프로브로 이루어진 제1 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 꿀벌 낭충봉아부패병 진단용 키트.
