- 서열번호 1의 정방향 프라이머, 서열번호 2의 역방향 프라이머 및 서열번호 3의 프로브로 이루어지는 급성꿀벌마비증 바이러스(ABPV) 검출 세트; 서열번호 4의 정방향 프라이머, 서열번호 5의 역방향 프라이머 및 서열번호 6의 프로브로 이루어지는 캐시미르벌 바이러스(KBV) 검출 세트; 서열번호 7의 정방향 프라이머, 서열번호 8의 역방향 프라이머 및 서열번호 9의 프로브로 이루어지는 이스라엘급성꿀벌마비증 바이러스(IAPV) 검출 세트; 서열번호 10의 정방향 프라이머, 서열번호 11의 역방향 프라이머 및 서열번호 12의 프로브로 이루어지는 만성꿀벌마비증 바이러스(CBPV) 검출 세트를 포함하는 다중 꿀벌 바이러스 검출용 키트.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 다중 꿀벌 바이러스 동시 검출방법:
(a) 분리된 DNA 시료를 준비하는 단계;
(b) 서열번호 1의 정방향 프라이머, 서열번호 2의 역방향 프라이머 및 서열번호 3의 프로브로 이루어지는 급성꿀벌마비증 바이러스(ABPV) 검출 세트; 서열번호 4의 정방향 프라이머, 서열번호 5의 역방향 프라이머 및 서열번호 6의 프로브로 이루어지는 캐시미르벌 바이러스(KBV) 검출 세트; 서열번호 7의 정방향 프라이머, 서열번호 8의 역방향 프라이머 및 서열번호 9의 프로브로 이루어지는 이스라엘급성꿀벌마비증 바이러스(IAPV) 검출 세트, 그리고 서열번호 10의 정방향 프라이머, 서열번호 11의 역방향 프라이머 및 서열번호 12의 프로브로 이루어지는 만성꿀벌마비증 바이러스(CBPV) 검출 세트를 이용하여 상기 시료 내의 목적 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 증폭하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 증폭 결과를 형광으로 확인하는 단계. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (a)의 시료는 꿀벌 바이러스의 감염 여부를 진단하고자 하는 개체로부터 유래된 DNA 시료인 것인, 검출방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)에서의 증폭은 실시간(real-time) PCR에 따라 실시되는 것인, 검출방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실시간 PCR은 TaqMan 프로브 방법으로 실시되는 것인, 검출방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프로브는 5' 말단에 형광단이 표지되고, 그의 3' 말단에 소광체가 표지된 것인, 검출방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 5' 말단에 표지되는 형광단이 FAM, HEX, VIC, JOE, Cy5, YG 로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 3' 말단에 표지되는 소광체가 TAMRA, BHQ-1, BHQ-2 및 BHQ-3으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 검출방법.
