Claims (5)
- 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 구성된 모재(base material)와 이 모재의 표면에 양극 산화 피막을 갖고,
상기 양극 산화 피막은 상기 모재의 표면 상에 형성된 배리어층과, 상기 배리어층 상에 형성된 다공성층을 가지며,
상기 양극 산화 피막의 BET 비 표면적(specific surface)이 0.1 ~ 10.0 m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 부재. - 청구항 1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 산화 피막의 표면 측에서 측정한 상기 알루미늄 부재의 헌터 백색도(Hunter whiteness)가 65 이상인, 알루미늄 부재. - 청구항 1항 또는 2항에 기재된 알루미늄 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서,
알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 구성된 모재를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 모재에 대해 (a) 무기산인 제 1 산 또는 제 1 산의 염, (b) 이인산, 삼인산 및 폴리인산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 제 2 산 또는 제 2 산의 염을 포함하는 전해액에서 양극 산화 처리를 하는 공정을 갖는, 알루미늄 부재의 제조 방법.
