Claims (13)
- 운송 수단, 특히 항공기 또는 우주선(100) 내에 배터리(1)를 구조적으로 통합하기위한 배터리 배치구조(10)로서,
적어도 하나의 배터리(1);
상기 적어도 하나의 배터리(1)의 양측을 배터리 홀더(3)를 통해 지지하는 두 개의 냉각 플레이트(2); 및
상기 두 개의 냉각 플레이트(2)를 서로 연결하는 복수 개의 커넥팅 로드(4); 를 포함하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제1항에 있어서,
냉각 플레이트(2) 하나는 배터리 홀더(3) 하나에 전단핀(5)을 통해 각각 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전단핀(5)은 플라스틱 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 배터리(1)의 양측은 상기 배터리 홀더(3) 내에 형상 끼워맞춤 방식으로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 홀더(3)는 배터리 소켓(6)을 구비한 플레이트 형상으로서, 그 일측에 상기 적어도 하나의 배터리(1)를 수용하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
두 개의 집전기(12); 를 더 포함하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 배터리(1)의 양측이 상기 두 개의 집전기(12) 각각에 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 플레이트(2)는 다수의 유체 채널(7)을 구비한 금속 재료로부터 일체로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 커넥팅 로드(4)는 금속 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
적어도 두 개의 측벽(8);을 더 포함하며,
상기 냉각 플레이트(2)는 상기 적어도 하나의 배터리(1)와 함께 상기 적어도 두 개의 측벽(8) 사이에서 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 두 개의 측벽(8) 중 적어도 하나는 다수의 냉각 리브(9)를 구비한 열교환기의 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
다수의 냉각 플레이트(2)는 다수의 배터리(1)와 함께 상기 적어도 두 개의 측벽(8) 사이에서 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 배치구조(10).
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 배치구조(10)를 포함하는 항공기 또는 우주선(100).
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 배치구조(10)는 두 개의 측벽(8)을 통해 상기 항공기 또는 우주선(100)에 장착되고,
냉각 플레이트(2)는 적어도 하나의 배터리(1)와 함께 상기 두 개의 측벽(8) 사이에 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항공기 또는 우주선(100).
