(c) 상기 제2 폴리아미드 중합체 용융물을 2축 압출기에서 진공하에 용융-가공하여 스팀 및 다른 휘발성 물질을 제거함으로써, 중합체 용융물의 분자량을 증가시켜, 제2 상대 점도를 갖는 제2 폴리아미드 중합체를 포함하는 제2 폴리아미드 중합체 용융물을 제공하는 단계로서, 이때
상기 제2 폴리아미드 중합체는 (i) 1.25 이하의 RV 표준편차를 갖는, 90% 농도의 폼산 용액에서 측정시 50 초과의 정밀 상대 점도; 또는 (ii) 25℃에서 90% 폼산 용액에서 10 미크론을 초과하는 불용물 백만부 당의 부(ppm)로 측정시 50 ppm 미만의 겔 함량 파라미터 및 50 미크론 해상도의 광학 스캐닝에 의해 측정시 2000 ppm 미만의 평균 광학 결함 수준을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단계;
(d) 임의적으로, 상기 제2 중합체 용융물을 체류 시간 체재(residence time dwell) 용기에 공급하고 상기 제2 중합체 용융물을 상기 체류 시간 체재 용기에서 용융-가공하여, 상기 제2 폴리아미드 중합체의 제2 상대 점도보다 높은 제3 상대 점도를 갖는 제3 폴리아미드 중합체를 포함하는 제3 폴리아미드 중합체 용융물을 제공하는 단계로서, 이때
상기 제3 폴리아미드 중합체는 (i) 1.25 이하의 RV 표준편차를 갖는, 90% 농도의 폼산 용액에서 측정시 50 초과의 정밀 상대 점도; 또는 (ii) 25℃에서 90% 폼산 용액에서 10 미크론을 초과하는 불용물 백만부 당의 부(ppm)로 측정시 50 ppm 미만의 겔 함량 파라미터 및 50 미크론 해상도의 광학 스캐닝에 의해 측정시 2000 ppm 미만의 평균 광학 결함 수준을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단계; 및
(e) 생성물 폴리아미드 중합체를 회수하는 단계로서,
상기 생성물 폴리아미드 중합체는 (i) 1.25 이하의 RV 표준편차를 갖는, 90% 농도의 폼산 용액에서 측정시 50 초과의 정밀 상대 점도; 또는 (ii) 25℃에서 90% 폼산 용액에서 10 미크론을 초과하는 불용물 백만부 당의 부(ppm)로 측정시 50 ppm 미만의 겔 함량 파라미터 및 50 미크론 해상도의 광학 스캐닝에 의해 측정시 2000 ppm 미만의 평균 광학 결함 수준을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단계

상기 폴리아미드 중합체 용융물이 2축 압출기에서 285℃ 내지 305℃의 범위의 온도에서 용융-가공되는, 정밀 상대 점도 및 낮은 겔 함량을 갖는 고분자량 폴리아미드 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제 26 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 중합체 용융물이 2축 압출기에서 600 mmHg 진공 내지 725 mmHg 진공 범위의 진공하에서 용융-가공되는, 정밀 상대 점도 및 낮은 겔 함량을 갖는 고분자량 폴리아미드 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제 26 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 중합체 용융물이 2축 압출기에서 650 mmHg 진공 내지 725 mmHg 진공 범위의 진공하에서 용융-가공되는, 정밀 상대 점도 및 낮은 겔 함량을 갖는 고분자량 폴리아미드 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제 26 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 중합체 용융물이 2축 압출기에서 60초 미만의 상기 압출기 내 체류 시간 동안 용융-가공되는, 정밀 상대 점도 및 낮은 겔 함량을 갖는 고분자량 폴리아미드 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제 26 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 중합체 용융물이 2축 압출기에서 30초 미만의 상기 압출기 내 체류 시간 동안 용융-가공되는, 정밀 상대 점도 및 낮은 겔 함량을 갖는 고분자량 폴리아미드 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제 26 항에 있어서,
