Abstract

세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드(Cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide: CTAB)가 용해된 제1 용매에 탄소 재료를 혼합한 후 분산시켜 혼합 용액을 형성하는 단계; 해당 혼합 용액에 망간 산화물 전구체를 주입시키고 교반하는 단계; 해당 망간 산화물 전구체가 주입된 해당 혼합 용액에 제2 용매를 주입한 후 교반시켜 탄소 재료 상에 담지된 망간 산화물을 포함하는 예비 과산화수소 분해용 촉매를 제조하는 단계; 이온 교환 공정을 통해 예비 과산화수소 분해용 촉매로부터 CTAB를 제거한 하여 탄소 재료 상에 담지된 다공성 망간 산화물을 포함하는 과산화수소 분해용 촉매를 제조하는 단계; 를 포함하는 과산화수소 분해용 촉매의 제조 방법이 제공된다.
