Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for periodontal disease and toothpastes containing the same. The composition according to an embodiment of the present invention may include Angelica gigantosa extract, Seshin extract and Foliar extract.
Description
The present invention relates to a composition for periodontal disease and toothpastes containing the same.
Periodontal disease is the most prevalent disease among all dental diseases. The prevalence rate of periodontal disease in Korean adults was 73.9%, and the prevalence rate increased with age.
Another major oral disease, tooth decay, has greatly improved the perception of patients and preventive measures such as fluoride application and sealant have been active since childhood. In contrast, the perception of periodontal disease still needs to be improved, and more attention needs to be paid to prevention through oral hygiene care and regular dental checkups.
Oral care products currently on the market may have side effects as they have strong activity by chemical components. Therefore, oral hygiene products that can manage oral health including periodontal disease without side effects are needed.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a composition capable of promoting oral health by preventing and treating periodontal disease, and a toothpaste containing the same.
The composition according to an embodiment of the present invention may include Angelica gigantosa extract, Seshin extract and Foliar extract.
The angelica gigantis extract, angelica angustifolium extract, and angelica angelica extract can be obtained by extracting Angelica gigas Nakai, Angelica keiskei, and Angelica keiskei, respectively, in a solvent at a predetermined first temperature for a predetermined period of time and then filtering.
The Angelica giganta extract, Sezin extract and the mold extract can be concentrated under reduced pressure at a predetermined second temperature, and lyophilized under reduced pressure at a predetermined third temperature.
The weight of the sesquin extract may be greatest among the angelica guinea, the sesquicuna, and the fenugreek extract.
The weight of the mold extract may be greater than the weight of the Angelica gigas extract.
The weight ratio of the Angelica gigantosa extract, Sezin extract, and Foliar extract may be 1.3 to 2.1: 5 to 8: 2.5 to 4.
The weight ratio of the Angelica giganta extract, Sezin extract, and Foliar extract may be 1.3: 5: 2.5.
The composition according to an embodiment of the present invention may be included in toothpaste.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, oral care can be improved by preventing or treating various oral diseases including periodontal disease by providing a composition having little toxicity and few side effects to human body.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a composition capable of preventing and treating various oral diseases including periodontal disease and toothpastes containing the same. The composition according to an embodiment of the present invention includes Angelica gigantosa extract, Cicin extract, and Foliar extract. The extract of Angelica gigas Nakai is extracted from Angelica gigas Nakai, the extract of Seshin is extracted from seschin, The composition is prepared by mixing Angelicae gigantis extract, Sicin extract and mold extract.
The extract can be obtained from the raw material through heat extraction. Specifically, the Angelica giganta extract, Angelica keiskei kusatake extract, and Koki kusatsu extract can be obtained by using Angelica keiskei koidz., Angelica keiskei koidz., And Angelica keiskei as raw materials, extracting the raw material in a solvent at a predetermined first temperature for a predetermined time, and then filtering.
Here, the solvent used for extracting the extract from the raw material may be an aqueous ethanol solution, for example, 70% ethanol. The first temperature, which is the extraction temperature, may be 60 ° C, and the extraction time may be 16 hours, but the extraction temperature and time are not limited thereto. Further, the filtration performed after the heat extraction can be performed using a filter paper, for example, the extract can be filtered with a filter paper of 5 μm.
The extract obtained through the above process can be concentrated under reduced pressure and freeze-dried under reduced pressure. Specifically, Angelicae gigantis extract, Cicin extract and Foliar extract can be concentrated under reduced pressure at a predetermined second temperature, and lyophilized under reduced pressure at a predetermined third temperature.
Here, the second temperature as the reduced pressure concentration temperature may be 50 캜, and the third temperature as the reduced pressure freeze drying temperature may be -70 캜.
The extracts thus obtained may be mixed at a predetermined ratio to obtain a composition according to an embodiment of the present invention.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the composition of the present invention may have the largest weight of the sesquin extract in Angelica gigantosa extract, sesquin extract and mold extract. That is, the ratio of sesquic acid extract in the composition is the largest. In addition, the weight of the mold extract in the composition may be greater than the weight of the Angelica gigantis extract.
In other words, among the three extracts constituting the composition, the composition can be determined in the order of sesquicin extract, second extract, and third extract, respectively.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the composition may have a weight ratio of Angelica gigantosa extract, Seshin extract and Foliar extract of 1.3 to 2.1: 5 to 8: 2.5 to 4. In this case, the composition may be prepared by mixing a mixture of Angelica gigantosa extract, Seshin extract and Foliar extract at a weight ratio of 1.3: 5: 2.5, and mixing the mixture at a weight ratio of 2.1: 8: 4.
Specifically, the composition may have a weight ratio of Angelica gigantosa extract, Seshin extract, and Foliar extract of 1.3: 5: 2.5.
The composition can be applied to the mouth by being included in toothpaste.
The composition according to the present invention is safe and harmless to human body as compared with oral care products made of conventional chemical ingredients because it has little toxicity to human body and few side effects. In addition, porphyromonas gingivalis, which is a periodontal bacterium, was removed and the secretion of TNF-α (Tumor Necrosis Factor-α) and IL-1β (InterLukin-1β), inflammation-inducing cytokines It is possible to expect the prevention and treatment effect of periodontal disease.
