Description
도 2는 종래 면역크로마토그래피 분석 스트립의 단면도이다.
도 3은 종래 면역크로마토그래피 분석 스트립에서 항원 농도가 낮은 경우 테스트라인에서의 결합상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 종래 면역크로마토그래피 분석 스트립에서 항원 농도가 높은 경우 테스트라인에서의 결합상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 면역크로마토그래피 분석 스트립을 간단하게 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6는 본 발명에 따른 면역크로마토그래피 분석 스트립에서 항원 농도가 높은 경우 테스트라인에서의 결합상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 7은 CRP 농도에 따른 검출 신호세기를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (6)
- 버퍼 패드, 컨쥬게이트 패드, 샘플 패드, 멤브레인 및 흡수 패드가 순차적으로 연결된 구조를 가지는 면역크로마토그래피 스트립 센서로서,
상기 샘플 패드는 멤브레인의 테스트라인과 컨쥬게이트 패드의 사이에 위치하고, 분석하고자 하는 액상 시료를 수용하며,
상기 컨쥬게이트 패드는 상기 액상시료에 함유되어 있는 항원과 특이적으로 결합하는 검출항체와 나노입자가 연결된 나노입자-검출항체 컨쥬게이트가 함유되어 있고,
상기 버퍼 패드는 상기 컨쥬게이트를 상기 멤브레인 상으로 이동시키기 위한 버퍼를 공급할 수 있도록 상기 컨쥬게이트 패드의 일측에 연결되며,
상기 멤브레인은 상기 항원에 결합하는 포획항체가 고정된 테스트라인과 상기 검출항체에 결합하는 2차 항체가 고정되어 콘트롤라인이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역크로마토그래피 스트립 센서.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 컨쥬게이트 패드는 기공이 큰부분과 작은 부분이 비대칭 구조로 형성된 비대칭 멤브레인을 매개로 하여 상기 멤브레인과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역크로마토그래피 스트립 센서.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 항원은 CRP(C-reactive protein)인 것을 특징으로 하는 면역크로마토그래피 스트립 센서.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 나노입자는 금 나노입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 면역크로마토그래피 스트립 센서.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인은 니트로셀룰로오스, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리에틸렌, 나일론, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 제조된 멤브레인인 것을 특징으로 하는 면역크로마토그래피 스트립 센서.
- 청구항 1에 있어서
상기 버퍼 패드, 컨쥬게이트 패드, 샘플 패드, 멤브레인 및 흡수 패드가 지지체상에 순차적으로 연결되어 압착할 수 있는 케이스에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수면역크로마토그래피 스트립 센서.
