Claims (7)
- 투명 기재와,
상기 투명 기재의 적어도 한쪽면 측에 형성된 구리층과,
상기 투명 기재의 적어도 한쪽면 측에 형성되며, 산소, 구리, 니켈 및 몰리브덴을 함유하되 상기 산소를 5원자% 이상 60원자% 이하 함유하는 흑화층을 포함하는 도전성 기판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흑화층은, 상기 흑화층의 구리와 니켈과 몰리브덴의 함유량을 100원자%라고 한 경우에 상기 몰리브덴의 함유량이 2원자% 이상 70원자% 이하인 것인 도전성 기판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 구리층은 두께가 100㎚ 이상이고,
상기 흑화층은 두께가 20㎚ 이상인 도전성 기판. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
파장이 550㎚인 광의 반사율이 30% 이하인 도전성 기판. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
메쉬 형상의 배선을 구비한 도전성 기판. - 투명 기재를 준비하는 투명 기재 준비 공정과,
상기 투명 기재의 적어도 한쪽면 측에 구리층을 형성하는 구리층 형성 공정과,
상기 투명 기재의 적어도 한쪽면 측에, 산소, 구리, 니켈 및 몰리브덴을 함유하되 상기 산소를 5원자% 이상 60원자% 이하 함유하는 흑화층을 형성하는 흑화층 형성 공정을 포함하는 도전성 기판 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 흑화층 형성 공정은, 구리-니켈-몰리브덴 타겟을 이용하며, 산소를 5체적% 이상 45체적% 이하의 비율로 함유하는 가스를 챔버 안으로 공급하면서 스퍼터링법에 의해 상기 흑화층을 성막하는 것인 도전성 기판 제조방법.
