Abstract
Description
도 2는 엽록소가 제거된 녹차 잎 추출물을 나타낸 도이다:
A: 식물에서 추출한 액상 추출물인 개똥쑥에서 추출한 후로랄 워터와 반응하여 침전된 엽록소를 나타냄;
B: 침전된 엽록소를 여과 또는 원심분리한 사진;
C: 본 발명의 엽록소 제거 조건(농도, 시간, 온도)가 상이한 조건에서 엽록소 제거시 엽록소가 침전되지 않고 퍼져버린 사진; 및
D: 본 발명의 엽록소 제거 조건을 통해 엽록소가 침전되고, 유효성분으로 포함하는 상층부가 분리된 사진.
도 3은 엽록소가 제거된 동백나무 잎 추출물을 나타낸 도이다:
A: 식물에서 추출한 액상 추출물인 개똥쑥에서 추출한 후로랄 워터와 반응하여 침전된 엽록소를 나타냄;

Claims (9)
2) 맹종죽 잎에서 추출한 후로랄 워터, 신의대 잎에서 추출한 후로랄 워터, 녹차 잎에서 추출한 후로랄 워터, 동백나무 잎에서 추출한 후로랄 워터 및 개똥 쑥에서 추출한 후로랄 워터로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 후로랄 워터를 주정과 혼합한 후, 상기 단계 1)의 추출물에 각각 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 엽록소 또는 색소가 제거된 식물 추출물의 제조방법.
2) 맹종죽 잎에서 추출한 후로랄 워터, 신의대 잎에서 추출한 후로랄 워터, 녹차 잎에서 추출한 후로랄 워터, 동백나무 잎에서 추출한 후로랄 워터 및 개똥 쑥에서 추출한 후로랄 워터로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 후로랄 워터를 상기 단계 1)의 추출물에 각각 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 엽록소 또는 색소가 제거된 식물 추출물의 제조방법.
