Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a silicate,

More particularly, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a silicate and a thickening agent, or a cosmetic composition comprising a silicate, a thickener and a wrinkle-improving agent.

Typically, the goal of cosmetic compositions is to keep the skin clean and beautiful, to maintain healthy skin, and to delay or prevent skin aging.

The skin of a person is damaged due to various contaminants and stresses as it gets older, and the damaged skin cells do not grow properly and the skin loses its elasticity and wrinkles.

Healthy normal skin has a protective ability to protect the skin from external damage factors, but when exposed to sustained external stimuli, the skin's ability to protect itself is deteriorated, resulting in reduced skin elasticity, wrinkles and skin aging And so on.

To prevent wrinkles and elasticity of the skin, it is recommended to provide less moisture and nutrients to the skin, less exposure to ultraviolet rays and various pollutants, less stress.

However, such efforts alone can not completely avoid the occurrence of wrinkles, and a cosmetic composition having an effect of improving wrinkles and improving elasticity, which alleviates the wrinkles generated, has been demanded.

To solve this problem, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-246838 discloses a cosmetic composition containing ammonium acetate, ammonium tartrate, and ammonium nitrate to revitalize collagen metabolism to prevent skin aging. US Patent No. 5,340,568 Discloses a composition containing 2-deoxy-2-halo-lysophosphatidic acid to inhibit wrinkle formation of the skin. However, the composition disclosed in the prior art is very unstable and is not easily transferred to the skin, so that a special stabilization system and delivery system are required, and the effect of improving skin wrinkles is not visible.

European Patent No. 1586106 discloses a system for stabilizing a retinoid having an anti-aging effect, comprising a chelating agent, an oil-soluble antioxidant, a chelating agent and a water-soluble antioxidant, An oil-in-water (W / O) type emulsion composition containing a free base type imidazole is proposed. However, the emulsion composition does not chemically change retinol until 6 months and the method of stabilizing the retinoid is too complicated, There is a problem that the effectiveness is preserved only in a short period of time.

Accordingly, the present inventors have made intensive efforts to develop a cosmetic composition which is stable and has an effect of improving wrinkles, improving elasticity, or reducing swelling under eyes. As a result, it has been found that (i) And (ii) a thickener selected from the group consisting of magnesium aluminum silicate and polyacrylate-13, or (i) a silicate; (Ii) a thickener selected from the group consisting of magnesium aluminum silicate and polyacrylate-13; And (iii) a cosmetic composition comprising a wrinkle-improving agent selected from the group consisting of acetylhexapeptide-8, palmitoylpentapeptide-4, and capric tripeptide-1 has an immediate and sustained effect of improving wrinkles, improving elasticity, And that the present invention has been completed

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In general, the nomenclature used herein and the experimental methods described below are well known and commonly used in the art.

Due to the increase of ultraviolet ray due to environmental pollution, air pollution and excessive fatigue and stress of modern people, the skin loses its elasticity, and skin wrinkles are formed and skin aging occurs. The present invention provides a cosmetic composition having an effect of improving wrinkles, improving elasticity, or reducing swelling of the eyes, in order to improve skin aging such as skin sagging, elasticity loss and skin wrinkle formation.

In the present invention, it was confirmed that a cosmetic composition containing a silicate and a thickening agent has an immediate wrinkle-improving effect, a resilience improving effect, or a sublingual swelling effect on the skin.

In one embodiment of the invention, (i) a silicate; And (ii) a thickener selected from the group consisting of magnesium aluminum silicate and polyacrylate-13. As a result, it was confirmed that the immediate wrinkle improving effect, the elasticity improving effect, or the sublingual swelling reduction effect of the skin can be confirmed.

Accordingly, in one aspect, the present invention relates to a process for preparing (i) silicate; And (ii) a thickener selected from the group consisting of magnesium aluminum silicate and polyacrylate-13. The present invention also relates to a composition for use in cosmetics for immediate wrinkle improvement, elasticity improvement, or reduction of sublingual swelling.

In the present invention, the silicate is preferably sodium silicate or potassium silicate. Silicate is a substance in which the hydrogen atom of the silicic acid is replaced with a metal atom. The sodium silicate is a substance in which the hydrogen atom of the silicic acid is substituted with sodium, and the potassium silicate is the material in which the hydrogen atom of the silicic acid is substituted with potassium. The sodium silicate and the potassium silicate may be characterized by giving immediate tension to the skin when used as a cosmetic composition, thereby imparting a lifting effect to the wrinkled or stretched skin.

In the present invention, the content of the silicate is preferably 0.01 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. When the silicate is added as a basic substance in an amount exceeding 10% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, the pH of the cosmetic itself may increase to 9.0 or more, which may result in a problem that it can not be used as a cosmetic product. If the content of the silicate is less than 0.01% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, the amount of the silicate is too small to cause immediate lifting effect of the skin. Therefore, the content of the silicate is preferably 0.01 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.

In the present invention, the thickening agent is a substance for increasing the viscosity and is used for increasing the viscosity of the silicate. The thickener can be divided into polymers, waxes, butter and inorganic materials. Specific examples of the thickener include magnesium aluminum silicate, xanthan gum, pantin, starch, alginic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose, carboxyethyl cellulose, carboxyvinyl polymer, Mango butter, beeswax, cetearyl alcohol and paraffin wax. Among them, in the present invention, it is preferable to use magnesium aluminum silicate or polyacrylate-13 as a thickener. Magnesium aluminum silicate and polyacrylate-13 stabilize formulations as well as thickening effects and are suitable for cosmetics that are not toxic and applied directly to the human body. In addition, magnesium aluminum silicate and polyacrylate-13 thickener can stabilize the cosmetic composition as an inorganic thickener and an acrylate thickener, respectively.

In the present invention, the content of the thickener selected from the group consisting of magnesium aluminum silicate and polyacrylate-13 is preferably 0.01 to 20% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. When the content of the thickener is less than 0.01% by weight of the total amount of the cosmetic composition, the thickening effect and the cosmetic formulation can not be stabilized. If the content of the thickening agent exceeds 20% It may cause a problem that the face is whitened at the time of application or the film is formed after a certain period of time after application to the skin and it is not suitable for use as a cosmetic product. Therefore, the content of the thickener is preferably 0.01 to 20% by weight based on the weight of the composition. The formulation of the cosmetic composition containing the thickening agent is preferably a liquid, an emulsion or a cream.

In another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a composition comprising: (i) a silicate; (Ii) a thickener selected from the group consisting of magnesium aluminum silicate and polyacrylate-13; And (iii) a cosmetic composition comprising a wrinkle-improving agent selected from the group consisting of acetylhexapeptide-8, palmitoylpentapeptide-4 and capper tripeptide-1. As a result, it was confirmed that the immediate and continuous wrinkle improvement effect, the elasticity improvement effect, or the sublingual swelling reduction effect of the skin was confirmed.

Thus, in another aspect, the present invention provides a process for the preparation of (i) a silicate; (Ii) a thickener selected from the group consisting of magnesium aluminum silicate and polyacrylate-13; And (iii) an anti-wrinkle agent selected from the group consisting of acetylhexapeptide-8, palmitoylpentapeptide-4 and capecripteptide-1, for immediate and sustained improvement of wrinkles, And a cosmetic composition.

In the present invention, the silicate and the thickener are the same as the conditions for producing a cosmetic composition according to one aspect of the invention.

In the present invention, the anti-wrinkle agent is used to continuously exhibit the anti-wrinkle effect. Examples of the wrinkle improving agent include acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoylpentapeptide-4, capper tripeptide-1, retinol, retinyl palmitate and adenosine. In the present invention, acetylhexapeptide-8, palmitoylpentapeptide- And capper tripeptide-1 may be used. Acetylhexapeptide-8, palmitoylpentapeptide-4 and capper tripeptide-1 inhibit the release of vesicles containing acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that causes muscle contraction, It is harmless to the human body and is suitable for use as cosmetics.

In the present invention, the amount of the wrinkle-reducing agent selected from the group consisting of acetylhexapeptide-8, palmitoylpentapeptide-4 and capper tripeptide-1 is preferably 0.0001 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition . The anti-wrinkle agent may be characterized in that it immediately maintains the lifting effect of the skin caused by the silicate. When the content of the wrinkle-reducing agent is less than 0.0001 wt% of the total weight of the cosmetic composition, there may be a problem that the lifting effect of the skin is not continuously exhibited. When the wrinkle-improving agent content exceeds 10 wt% There is a problem in stabilizing the efficacy and cosmetic formulation. Therefore, it is preferable that the content of the antiwrinkle agent is 0.0001 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples. It is to be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention and that the scope of the present invention is not construed as being limited by these embodiments.

Eye swelling was measured using Antera 3D after 2 weeks before, after, and 2 weeks after using cosmetics. Specified areas of the photographed images were used to analyze the submandibular volume and used as an evaluation of submandibular swelling. The variable of the measured eye bag is Volume, and the unit is mm 3 . The analytical value is proportional to the degree of swelling under the eyes, so that the lower the analytical value, the less (improved) the swelling in the eyes.

Improvement rate (%) = [(measured value after using cosmetics - measured value before using cosmetics) / measured value before using cosmetics] x100

Swelling of the eyes time Mean ± standard horses
(mm)
Improvement rate (%)
Before using cosmetics 0.401 0.307 - After using cosmetics 0.209 + 0.163 -43.373 After 2 weeks of cosmetic use 0.333 + - 0.265 -10.202

As a result, as shown in Table 22 and Fig. 22, it was confirmed that the cosmetic composition of Example 2 reduced swelling under the eyes. Further, when compared with Table 11 of Example 1 and Fig. 11, it was confirmed that the improvement ratio of the cosmetic composition of Example 2 was higher. That is, the cosmetic composition of the present invention not only reduces swelling under eyes, but also has a continuous effect.
