도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제1 광추출부의 SEM(scanning electron microscope) 이미지이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광추출층의 제조 방법을 설명하기 위한 공정흐름도이다.
도 4 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광추출층의 제조 방법 설명하기 위한 단면도들이다.

Claims (1)
- 기판 상에 조성물을 제공하는 것;
상기 조성물을 경화시켜서 상면에 오목부들을 갖는 제1 광추출부를 형성하는 것;
상기 오목부들 내에 제2 광추출부들을 형성하는 것; 및
상기 제2 광추출부들 상에 제3 광추출부들을 형성하는 것을 포함하며,
상기 제2 광추출부들의 굴절률은 상기 제1 광추출부 및 상기 제3 광추출부의 굴절률보다 큰 광추출층의 제조 방법.
