Claims (17)
- 도성분이 탄소섬유 형성능 수지의 초극세 연속섬유 집합체로 이루어진 해도형 복합섬유를 전자선 조사로 가교 후 이를 초극세 탄소섬유 전구체로 사용하여 산화·안정화 단계 및 탄화단계를 거쳐서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소섬유 형성능 수지의 초극세 연속섬유 집합체는 섬유구조 내에 나노카본을 함유하고 있어, 전자선 조사에 의하여 상기 나노카본과 가교화가 이루어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 해도형 복합섬유는 도성분인 탄소섬유 형성능 수지의 초극세 연속섬유 집합체의 함량이 10~60 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 초극세 탄소섬유 전구체는 도성분인 탄소섬유 형성능 수지의 초극세 연속섬유 집합체의 ?t량이 60~100 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 도성분인 탄소섬유 형성능 수지의 초극세 연속섬유 평균직경은 5 μm 이하이고, 상기 전자선 조사로 가교된 해도형 복합섬유의 직경은 100 μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 초극세 탄소섬유의 직경은 50 ~ 3000 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 해도형 복합섬유의 도성분인 탄소섬유 형성능 수지는 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN: polyacrylonitrile), 피치(pitch), 레이온(rayon), 리그닌(lignin) 및 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene)계 섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 나노카본은 탄소나노튜브(CNT: carbon nano tube), 탄소나노섬유(CNF: carbon nano fiber), 흑연성 탄소나노섬유(GNF: graphite nano fiber), 그래펜(graphene), 산화그래펜(graphene oxide), 플러렌(Fullerene) 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 나노카본은 기능성 작용기가 없거나, -COOH, -OH, -SO3H를 포함하는 기능성 작용기를 함유하거나, 질소를 포함하는 헤테로 원소가 도핑 되었거나, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 또는 폴리아크릴로니트릴 공중합체를 포함하는 고분자가 그라프트되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 나노카본의 함량은 탄소섬유 형성능 수지의 중량 대비 0.1 ~ 10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유. - 도성분이 탄소섬유 형성능 수지의 초극세 연속섬유 집합체로 이루어진 해도형 복합섬유 제조단계;
상기 해도형 복합섬유로부터 해성분을 제거하는 해성분 제거단계;
해성분이 제거된 탄소섬유 형성능 수지의 초극세 연속섬유 집합체의 내열성 향상을 위한 가교화가 이루어질 수 있도록 전자선을 조사하는 초극세 탄소섬유 전구체 제조단계;
상기 초극세 탄소섬유 전구체를 산화·안정화 시키는 산화·안정화 단계; 및
산화·안정화된 초극세 탄소섬유 전구체를 탄화시키는 탄화단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유의 제조 방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 해도형 복합섬유 제조단계는 나노카본을 탄소섬유 형성능 수지의 초극세 연속섬유 집합체의 섬유구조 내에 함유하도록 하는 나노카본 함유단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유의 제조 방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 초극세 탄소섬유 전구체 제조단계는 50 kGy ~ 5000 kGy의 에너지의 전자선을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유의 제조 방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 산화·안정화 단계는 초극세 탄소섬유 전구체를 공기 중에서 열에너지를 이용하거나 또는 상압이나 진공 하에서 열 결합 플라즈마를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유의 제조 방법. - 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 열 결합 플라즈마를 이용한 산화·안정화 단계는 산소가 존재하는 산화성 분위기 하에서 180 ~ 350 oC의 온도범위에서 30분 ~ 250분 동안 플라즈마를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유의 제조 방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 탄화 단계는 산화·안정화된 나노카본 복합 탄소섬유 전구체 섬유를 열에너지 또는 마이크로파 유도 플라즈마(Microwave Assisted Plasma)에 의해 탄화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유의 제조 방법. - 청구항 11 내지 청구항 16 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탄화단계 이후에 탄화온도보다 높은 온도에서 열에너지 또는 마이크로파 유도 플라즈마(Microwave Assisted Plasma)에 의한 흑연화 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초극세 탄소섬유의 제조 방법.
