- 고분자를 용매에 용해하여 용액을 만드는 시스 용액 제조 단계;탄소나노튜브를 결합제 및 용매와 혼합하거나, 탄소나노튜브의 표면에 작용기를 결합시키고 용매와 혼합하여 분산액 또는 현탁액을 만드는 코어 용액 제조 단계;중공사 노즐을 이용하여 상기 시스 용액과 코어 용액을 응고액으로 방사하는 방사 단계; 및상기 시스 용액과 코어 용액의 방사로 형성된 필라멘트를 연신하는 연신 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 복합 필라멘트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 코어 용액 제조 단계에서 용매는 물, 유기용매 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 복합 필라멘트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서상기 코어 용액 제조 단계에서 결합제가 소듐 리그노설포네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 복합 필라멘트의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 소듐 리그노설포네이트가 탄소나노튜브에 대하여 1:1 내지 1:20 의 중량비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 복합 필라멘트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 코어 용액 제조 단계에서 탄소나노튜브를 산으로 처리하여 작용기를 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 복합 필라멘트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 작용기가 히드록실기 또는 카르복실기인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 복합 필라멘트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 방사 단계에서 상기 중공사 노즐의 중공부로 상기 코어 용액을 주입하고 상기 중공사 노즐의 측면 주입부로 시스 용액을 주입하여 응고액으로 동시에 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 복합 필라멘트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 고분자가 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 셀룰로오스, 나일론, 폴리올레핀 또는 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 복합 필라멘트의 제조 방법.
